The first winter it worked, towards the end half of it went off. I sent it for service through the store where I bought it, it took a long time to return and fortunately the store gave me another one. I took the 2nd, same lifespan. In the end, the store replaced the 2nd one with another brand (a more economical well-known one) and I finally felt at ease. It says 10 years warranty after that.

It worked less than 10 times and then half of it stopped heating at all... I have sent it back for over 1.5 months and still nothing.... Stay away.....

In the second year, the plug on one side melted and turned black. The issue is that it only operated continuously for 6 hours at night on the low setting. The plug was solid, so I cut the cable and connected a new one. I didn't take a photo for you to see because I threw it away. After seeing something like that, I don't know how safe it is. It's a shame because I have two more plugs from the same company, but they don't have any issues

Second winter and it stopped heating, first from one side and then from the other. From the first year, it heated slower than the much more economical one we had before, while its feel was less soft than the cheaper one. However, it covered the entire bed and seemed to have better construction (the straps that hold it to the mattress have not been cut yet, and the temperature adjustment switches have not been damaged).

The problem is that in the second year, it gradually started not to turn on on one side, then it stopped working altogether, and now it has also broken on the other side. For the money we had paid, we expected more. The warranty is good, but the quality of construction should be more careful with the experience so far being disappointing. The cheaper one still worked after years before we replaced it, despite the problems with the straps and switches. We hope the problem will be fixed at the service.

It takes a little while to warm up, but it is a satisfactory mattress. It has 3 settings on the thermostat. I bought it because it has a warranty for many years and it is tested for its radiation, or at least that's what it says. Also, because it is Greek, I trust it more. I used it this year and the feeling of getting into a warm blanket at night is wonderful...

Many disadvantages that should not exist for its price.
The SERVICE is excessively SLOW. It broke for the second time and it has already been two months since it was repaired. I will be refunded next summer, just like the first time.

The first malfunction was that the first level did not work, which is the only one that suffers. At levels 2 and 3, you get burned and they are only for quickly warming up the mattress.
The second malfunction was DANGEROUS. The power supply cable "exploded" before the switch and the mattress almost caught FIRE.

Another disadvantage is that they are small and do not cover the mattress. Only 70% is covered. If your foot goes to the edges of the mattress, you freeze.

I have it for about 2 years with daily use during the winter. I set it to 3 for 1 and a half hours and then leave it on 1 all night. I haven't burned out yet. It's ideal that it has two controls for both sides!

So far, very good impression, it warms up nicely. On the third and highest setting, you literally sweat, so it's good to use it for sleep on the first or at most the second setting, even if you close it completely and go to sleep, you won't have a problem as it will have absorbed any moisture from the sheets with the preheating. The location of the plugs with the controls doesn't bother at all, you don't even notice the resistances. The only negative thing someone could say is the size, I expected it to cover the entire mattress for a double bed, but it covers about 90%, and even the handles that go under the mattress need to be stretched a lot to be held in place at all four corners. But other than that, it does its job perfectly fine

Very good blanket, it warms up very well from the first use. At level 1, you feel quite warm, at level 2, very warm, I haven't needed to try level 3 yet. Slightly more expensive compared to other blankets of its kind, but I believe it's worth its money.

The cold weather hasn't started yet and I'm currently using it. The permanent insertion of the cables into the substrate doesn't bother my shoulders like the previous one, which had removable cables and therefore was bulky. And above all, it is a Greek product.

It heats up evenly and relatively quickly depending on the intensity you set. It is easy to install and it is quite convenient that it has two controllers. It is the first electric mattress pad and I have had it for a few days now. The only downside is that it folds relatively easily during sleep and the straps come off easily, so the next morning it needs to be fixed again.

It covers a semi-double bed as it should, it is secured with elastic bands at the 4 corners of the mattress, it has 3 temperature settings, it warms up in a satisfactory amount of time, and it comes with a 10-year warranty. Setting 3 is for preheating (45'-60'), setting 2 is for very cold weather, and setting 1 is for sleeping during the night.

After 1 month of using this mattress topper, the overall impression is positive. Opinion regarding its durability or cleaning has not been formed yet.

For proper "maintenance," it is recommended to send the mattress topper to the company after 5 years of use.

One of my worst purchases. I opened it and was shocked. I thought by spending more money, I would get something better than the 20 euro one from the supermarket, but I couldn't believe my eyes. It was hard and smaller in size than stated (1.63 instead of 1.70). Honestly, a disappointment. I sent it back immediately. I didn't even bother to see how it heats up. I would recommend something else because it's definitely not worth the money.

Greek product with specifications! Only the 10-year warranty it has (!!!) puts it out of competition! (In the 5th year, they asked me to send it for inspection regardless of whether it has a problem)
No frills and timers but with solid and good materials that promise safety and durability. Its price is very reasonable for what it offers. THERE IS NO BETTER!!! Forget about wasting money every 1 or 2 years for a new mattress. Oh, I almost forgot: It can be washed in the washing machine, but I haven't done it yet.

I couldn't test the performance of this (expensive compared to others) mattress because the first and last thing I felt is how stiff and uncomfortable it is. My wonderful mattress, with its plush topper, suddenly became like a plank! I have other brands and types of electric mattresses elsewhere, and none have such a problem - they all more or less disappear under the fitted sheet. But this one turns your mattress into a wooden floor in a snap! What a shame - wasted money.

I bought this specific blanket because of good reviews. I thought it would be better to spend some extra money and get something good.
Overall, it is quite good in the sense that you don't feel the wires and it has a satisfactory size.
However, I consider it a drawback that it doesn't heat up quickly (you have to turn it on half an hour before getting into bed to feel satisfactory warmth) and that it doesn't reach high temperatures at maximum intensity.
A cheaper one I had before really burned on level 3 and much faster. This one just warms up!

I have it for one winter. It heats evenly, you don't feel the coils, and it doesn't wrinkle on the bed so you don't need to straighten it daily. As a size for a standard double bed like 1.60x2.00, it is satisfactory given that you shouldn't spread it over the shoulders, anyway, it could have been a little bigger but it is not a negative for someone not to buy it.
It doesn't heat up very quickly, it takes its time and only in the last setting. The first two settings are like they don't exist. However, the heat on level 3 is satisfactory and even, I think.

A very good heated mattress pad for king-size beds. Mine is 180x200 and it covers it quite well from chest height to the feet. It loses about 10 centimeters on each side. It heats uniformly and you don't feel anything underneath, not even the usually bulky power connections. The only negative thing compared to other blankets, which may also be due to the size, is that it takes a while to warm up, especially on levels 1 and 2.

It is the best on the market and it is also Greek... I have two more from the same company and I am satisfied.

Simply... You feel every night that the bed embraces you!! What a warmth! How dreamy it feels to sink in there! How did I live all these years without something like this??! The feeling is indescribable... flawless from every perspective! Get it and you won't regret it! (I've been using it for the second winter now, last year I used it from November to February non-stop). Only one maybe "negative" thing: In order for it to be warm enough, you have to remember/calculate to set it to 3, half an hour before you lay down so that it warms up satisfactorily. On very cold nights, I leave it on 1 and close it in the morning. On okay nights, after 5 minutes as soon as I lay down, I close it completely and it's superb. (We also don't use any other type of heating in the bedroom)

One thing I will say only. I should have bought it many years ago. Very high-quality blanket. Wonderful sleep!!!

Fast heating and good warmth. Area of use is the mountainous northern Peloponnese. After turning off, it cools relatively quickly.

EXCELLENT! Made in Greece! I have it and have been using it for 11 years now! It performs like the first day. Its construction is very good and its performance is excellent. It is well-insulated with exceptional materials. I never leave it on by itself while I'm away from home. It has 3 settings and that is very convenient. Maybe it is a bit short in its dimensions (I have the single one). It would be better if it covered the legs as well. But from what I can see, they are all approximately the same size. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

It worked perfectly during the winter. At the end of the winter, it broke down and we took it for warranty repair. It worked afterwards, but if you touched the person next to you, it would give you an electric shock.
I threw it away. I didn't bother with it again

It would get a 5 if I found a way to wash it. I don't see the cables coming out, so it only takes dry cleaning, which I haven't tried yet. However, it is big, you don't feel the resistance, and it heats up perfectly fine.
