At home, we have a very small balcony and I can't get gas or pellets. It was the next best solution because Ooni's electric one is incredibly expensive. Knowing what I'm buying and that it's not going to be on the same level as Ooni, I am absolutely satisfied. I make amazing pizzas and I've seen a big difference from the home oven. If you have space on the balcony or in the garden, look for gas or pellets; if you don't have space, go for it without hesitation!
If you are a fan of homemade pizza, don't think twice. It requires a little dough because it rises and bakes very well and quickly. It makes it very crispy, just make it slightly smaller than the stone and you're good to go.
I have been involved in making pizza for over 10 years and I had reached a very good level with homemade pizza, but I wanted something more. With the purchase of this device, I achieved just that. Incredible crispy and fluffy baking at the same time, amazing baking from the bottom, something you can't achieve in the oven. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the top heating elements should have been slightly larger in order to bake better on the edges. However, this problem can be solved if you make the pizza slightly smaller. If you are pizza lovers, don't hesitate.
Awesome little oven! It reaches temperature in 10 minutes! In 4 minutes, the pizza is ready, well-cooked, soft & crunchy!
You don't dirty anything, whatever remains on the stone can be easily scraped off with a scraper and collected with an electric sweeper.
Very practical with the double spatula it has inside. You load and unload the pizza without any problem!
Very good oven. It reaches 400 degrees in about 15 minutes. It bakes the pizza very well from the bottom in 3 to 4 minutes, but it is relatively undercooked on top.
With a small trick, if you close the holes around the lid with aluminum foil, it increases the temperature significantly and maintains it, so the problem is solved by 80%. It is definitely worth its money and even more if you have the passion to deal with it even better.
Surely someone would think that it is a lot of money for an oven that mainly bakes pizza. And they would be right because this product is aimed at pizza lovers. If you want to eat pizza, better baked, from the best pizzeria with a wood-fired oven that you have ever eaten, you will get this little oven. And a few tips, always use fresh yeast for the dough, and open the dough with coarse semolina.
Amazing. With a little practice and experimentation with the dough, it can make incredible pizza. The stone blackens after 1-2 bakes and doesn't clean, but it doesn't affect the taste or baking.
I have the red one. Satisfactory pizza, good shock effect but could use a little more, meaning it should burn the edges without cooking the middle so much. The hunt for pizza lovers. Discreet in size, unique price for such a pizza. Otherwise, we go for 2000+ euros and household ovens that require a yard... The Italians take it to the next level with the shock effect by increasing the temperature with patents, as seen in online videos. But even without those, it bakes just fine.
