In the first week of use, pieces were constantly breaking off and we had to solve it, wash it, and throw away the juice we had already prepared because it was spitting out black plastic. It smelled burnt with every use. The fifth time it was used, the part with the blades and the filter simply got stuck and couldn't be removed at all. In our attempt to open it, it obviously broke. The blender has proven to be more powerful so far, but who knows, we have been using it for less than a week.
I bought the product in February 2022 and I use it daily. I make many fruit and vegetable juices. Its blender is also very good. It is noisy, but for me, it is not a disadvantage.
The most useless product I have ever bought, with the first use the plastic teeth of the blender broke, I had put rice with water for soup, the juicer emitted smoke from friction as others have reported! If you pour more than one glass, for example, of apples, it fills up and stops running
Attention: It states in the instructions that it should not be used for more than 2 minutes continuously!
I bought it as a replacement for the Izzy 9839CL Xpress+ which I was very satisfied with. I haven't used the juicer from this product yet, but I use the blender on a daily basis for smoothies.
I am more than satisfied, very sturdy pitcher, very easy to clean, good and secure locking mechanism (if it's not locked properly, it won't start), which means you can't break the mechanism no matter what you do (this happened with the previous one I had). Convenient and beautiful.
As for disadvantages, you can't use it for more than 2 minutes continuously, and if you forget, I don't want to know what happens.
Personally, I stop it at around 1.5 minutes, wait for another 2 minutes approximately, and start it again. It doesn't seem tiring to me, but you always have to remember it!
And as the instructions state, you can't put hard ingredients inside, such as hard nuts, and of course, ice cubes, etc.

It experienced the exact same issue as the previous blender, the teeth at the bottom broke..
At least they replaced it immediately and we won't go back to Izzy again...
I bought it in September 2019 and with quite a bit of use until now (mainly on Fridays for juicing), I am very satisfied!
With little use, the plastic gears wore out and it doesn't work
The worst 50 euros I have ever spent in my life. After 5 juices, it started smoking
Stay away from this product, it simply exploded, it's dangerous!
