For flip-flops, they are very comfortable. Soft and relaxing. They didn't hurt me at all as it usually happened in the beginning with other flip-flops.

It is one of the most comfortable flip flops out there. I have been buying them for years. However, there is an issue with the strap that easily breaks. I have had them for only a year. This time I will prefer Havaianas to see how it goes. It's a shame because I love them! I will definitely give them another chance in the future.
Indeed very lightweight and comfortable flip-flop, but it needs attention because it slips quite a bit. I have stopped wearing it outside to avoid accidents. I have been buying Ipanema flip flops for years and for the first time, they are leaving color on my foot. Very annoying, even after a month they are still doing it! This design requires a size larger than what you wear in shoes.
They are comfortable flip flops but they have a major problem. The color of the flip flop fades on the feet. For this reason alone, I would not buy them again. After 2 weeks, I bought another pair of flip flops because it kept happening.
Confused is the designer who designed them. Tight sole fit for narrow feet and loose straps for wide feet... go figure! Just the right size (if you prefer, get one size bigger). I don't remember my old Ipanema sandals, bought 10 years ago, being so problematic in terms of size. Otherwise, they seem durable, have a sturdy sole and an anatomical insole, and the color is awesome. Good for wearing at home but avoid stairs and running! I use them when I come out of the bathroom and for the office. Maybe I'll try them at the beach, but under no circumstances will I wear them while driving.

They are comfortable and durable. If you want to choose a size, get one larger because they have a very narrow fit. I usually wear 38 to 38.5 and I got a size 39
Overall, Ipanema flip flops are very high quality. The only downside is that they run smaller than expected, so I recommend buying a size larger to be okay. They are durable and the material is not like foam, so they don't flatten or lose their shape. They are indeed heavier than other flip flops, but that doesn't mean their weight is noticeable or bothersome. Since I got a pair, I only buy Ipanema.
The best slippers I have tried so far .. it is the second pair I bought to have two colors!! High quality, lightweight, with a very comfortable sole!
