Because it is supposed to not burn clothes, it ends up not ironing them. It doubles the ironing time. It cannot iron shirts to make them look collared. Steam is nonexistent. Simply a mediocre to bad iron.
It doubles the ironing time. You press the button for steam and wait for it to decide when to release it. In no case do you do it quickly. The previous Tefal iron I had for 8 years had an immediate steam response.

I am very satisfied overall with Tefal, both in terms of their iron's power and not their durability in recent years... So when my last one broke, even though it was perfect as an iron, I decided to change and try my sister's and mother's Philips iron. I tried them and I was not satisfied at all! So I went back to Tefal, better to iron quickly, effortlessly, and perfectly, even if I have to change it every 5 years, I thought... And I bought this particular model that had good reviews and I found it at a good price!!!! I was eagerly waiting for it, and when I tried it, it was disappointing!!!!! It is an exact copy of the Philips in both design and performance... It is slow, it doesn't produce good steam at all (supposedly 6 bars!!!), it takes a long time for the water to heat up... The only positive things I find are that it is lightweight, doesn't stick to clothes, and is easy to clean! ☹️
Excellent product and very beautiful. Good steam, glides easily, good pressure. It has a salt collector on the iron so that we can clean the salts. Overall satisfied so far.
