Stay away from this model. I bought it about 6 years ago for around 260 euros, but the problems started very early, just after the warranty expired. Besides leaking water for no reason, it started shutting off very quickly. I cleaned the scale, shook it like a boat back and forth because supposedly, according to the instructions, it might not have been taking in water properly, but nothing worked. I took it to service, it was there for 2 months until a spare part arrived. I paid around 70 euros, and after 1.5 years, it started having the same problems again. Suddenly it shuts off. Surely, it’s the same system that has been replaced; I will take it back to service, but I don’t think I will repair it if the same problem exists. I will definitely switch to Philips.
I should add that I was never thrilled with its ironing performance, as I had to go over the creases of the clothes several times.
On the plus side, it is lightweight, not tiring to hold, has a very large water tank, and the ironing plate is very good; it hasn’t suffered any damage since then, not even a scratch.
Super the steam iron but in no case is the doubling of the price justified in two years from 215 euros to 468!!!!!!
Amazing in ironing but after a year of use and careful maintenance, it gave me a problem that will take a month to fix through Kotsovolos, where I made the purchase. You don't expect such an expensive iron to become faulty so quickly. And luckily it has a two-year warranty with free repairs (although they don't replace it with a new one to do your job) but when the warranty expires, the cost is at least 90€. It's a shame, such a reliable company and it doesn't leave you in a good light
From the first 2 months of purchase, it leaks water while ironing and wets the clothes when it rains. It is not justified, as I use softened water, so it is not a matter of minerals. Very expensive for nothing, in the end, better go with Philips

Replaced an older iron from the same company that lasted 12 years with a 4-member family with young children.
The new one is even better, a little lighter in the hand and produces more steam.
If it lasts as long as the old one, it will also be an excellent choice.

It is very lightweight, has a long cord, heats up the water very quickly, and I can iron in half the time compared to other irons with a similar boiler.
A press with steam is needed and the clothes are ready.
First time owner of an ironing system and I'm amazed.. It's day and night compared to regular ironing, so for anyone still considering it, get it without hesitation. Essentially, it irons with steam rather than pressing, so with a light pass it's done. The water heats up quite quickly, the water tank is large (I can iron a whole load of laundry and still have more than half the water left) and it's detachable. Pay attention to some features compared to other irons. You press the button and it releases steam directly, unlike some irons where the steam comes out a bit later after pressing, which becomes tiring. The iron's temperature is not automatic and it has different programs. I iron most things on the regular program, while some more difficult ones require the next level. With irons that automatically adjust the temperature, I have the impression that you can't change it and I don't think it's convenient. Anyway, the machine is great value for money, ironing takes 1/4 of the time compared to a conventional iron and the results are much better.
Very good! It has a large tank and you can iron for a long time. It produces a lot of steam and it comes out immediately when you press the button (there is no delay) and it doesn't leak at all.

Unbelievable iron!!! Lightweight, well-made, made in France, lots and lots of steam, easy filling with removable tank. Only in Tefal, the steam button releases steam as soon as you press it, and it stops immediately when you let go! I had a Stiroplus and it drove me crazy, you would release the button and then it would produce even more steam... the same technology is also found in Philips, a technician told me when I complained. I was saved with the GV 9560. For other models, I saw conflicting reviews, that's why only positive ones.

I bought the product at the end of July 2021....It's the first time I buy an ironing system, as I usually had steam irons....I can't say that I'm thrilled with the steam of the iron....I expected it to be better in terms of steam and ironing clothes....Imagine that I iron on MAX, not even on NORMAL because it doesn't easily iron out the wrinkles....At certain stages of ironing, the steam decreases and I can't understand why....In other stages, it is strong enough as I want it to be....I can't understand what I'm doing wrong....Maybe it's also because the ironing board is old and perhaps doesn't retain the steam well (due to foam)....The water tank is quite large (1900 ml), so it doesn't need refilling frequently....It is lightweight and has several functions....The water it takes is tap water, but if the water in your area, like mine where I live on an island, has a lot of minerals, you can mix it half and half or 2/3 distilled water with 1/3 tap water (it says so in the manual)....It takes about 1.5 minutes to heat up once you turn it on....The best would be if your ironing board had a place for the ironing system so that it doesn't take up space on top of the ironing board, especially if it's small....Overall, I expected better results.
The pressure with which it releases steam is more than enough for perfect ironing, very easy to use and the indications are perfectly understandable for the water level and the functions it has

I bought the Tefal GV9565 on 14/4/21 and I am disappointed. Where are the 7.7 bars? Instant? The previous one I had for 20 years was 4.5 bars but consistent. Of course, it was from another company that no longer exists. Ironing with this one is tiring and ineffective. It's a shame for the money I spent. If I had bought it for 60/70 €, I would have settled, but I have paid four times the amount. I feel like throwing it off the balcony. Not to mention that the compressor makes noise. With the previous one, you couldn't hear anything. SUCH A SHAME... I regret spending my money.
From the first day of use, it was leaking water from the joints of the water tank, not from the plate. The replacement of the tank costs less than the shipping to send it back for service. Other than that, it's okay. It's lightweight with a large water tank and produces rich steam. We'll see... I've only had it for a month.
