The product arrived in a damaged box, it seemed like it had been opened several times and did not have any kind of security tape. It had mixed screws inside and not all were in sets of 4. It had 5 thick wheels and only 1 big black wheel, it had small wheels and screws for the extensions it offers. The screws and plugs did not hold it on the wall and I had to use my own. Also, the screws that screw into the TV on top of the base were not the right size, they were 1-2 millimeters smaller and I had to buy others. Now I will reinstall it with new wall screws because my TV, even though it was only 28.5 kg, did not sit at the height I wanted, it leaned downwards and touched the wall. In the end, I returned it and got a refund.
