I got it as a nasal dilator due to an anatomical problem with my septum. I wear it at night to sleep and in the morning for sports. The best product I have bought so far. I breathe comfortably and it doesn't come off easily at the slightest movement. It's not immediately noticeable to others.

no matter how much you try, it is incredibly annoying. Here in the instructions it says to wear it every day for 2 weeks to "get used to it."

I have been saved both with the regular and the sport ones. At night, due to large nasal conchae, I couldn't breathe. The well-known external tapes did nothing for me. These open up the nostrils and I can breathe normally. I recommend them to people who face a similar problem on the roads.

I bought it more as a trial, and I have found that it is good. It goes without saying that it does not do the job of a CPAP for sleep apnea, just as an aid.

For sleep, a little hard but okay, it gets the job done. For exercise, simply no. And for both uses, the well-known sleep Right adhesive strips are better.
