It's definitely worth the money (we got it for 60€). When we first got it, it seemed very "fake" to me, but it does its job and more (we also have a fireplace in the same area). Since we got it, even the curtains and windows stay spotless (without smudges). The photos are from changing the filter after six months. It does make noise, but it's definitely less annoying than a hood.

Average machine not worth its money.
Smells of closure and such remain in the room. I open and ventilate generally during the day. It also faces a power outage. Because some rooms may only have one window, the only difference I saw is that I don't wake up stuffy. I am not a smoker and the room was recently painted.
Go for something even more expensive for sure. It's not worth it. Favorable conditions for its operation and still nothing. It works non-stop on level 3. Within a few months, it makes noise and you can't sleep. Stay away....... -1 star

  I smoke and I have dogs and cats to which I am allergic. Before using the cleaner, I was constantly taking antihistamines and inhalers because I would get asthma attacks, being allergic to cats, dogs, and dust. Now I manage without the inhalers! I occasionally take antihistamines without cortisone, and I haven't had an asthma attack since the day I pressed the ON button! Keep in mind that my pets sleep in my bed! Finally, I can enjoy living with my furry babies! The device doesn't take up much space and is placed on the floor in the center of my 60m2 open plan apartment. I simply remove the filter once a week and clean it with the vacuum cleaner, and it's like new again! I had a lot of dust because I live on the ground floor, but miraculously, thanks to this cleaner/ionizer, I have much less now!

  Hello, I recently bought it for my 20 sqm room. I also have the inventor ion 200 which is excellent for my needs but at twice the price of the machine and filters. However, the zephyr also does the job, but mainly on the 3rd setting, which is very noisy. For example, the 1st setting of the zephyr is slightly quieter than the 3rd setting of the inventor. Also, statistically, the atmosphere is cleaned by a heet in about 15-20 minutes at full power, and if you have it next to you when you smoke, it has its consequences (consumption-noise-cold air). Personally, for sleep, the sleep mode option bothers me, unlike the ion. However, it is very economical, especially in terms of filters and on the 2nd setting, if it runs continuously, it will definitely significantly improve the room's atmosphere, even for smokers. Overall, I believe that in this price category, the openings of this type (on the sides and bottom, with distance from the filter) are not as effective as grilles that touch the filter and have direct air intake from a larger surface area, almost as much as the filter. If noise doesn't bother you or you don't smoke, go ahead and get it, it is a decent machine for its cost and economical to use with 35 watts and filters at 10.90. The remote control is very useful and the temperature indicator is a positive extra. However, if you are a heavy smoker and can't tolerate the noise, it probably isn't suitable for you.

  Relatively quiet on the low setting. Affordable with economical filters (10.9€) when it's time for a replacement. Removes odors from cooking, etc. The downside is the quality of the plastics, and although it has a smart function to work according to the air quality, it doesn't display on the screen whether the air is clean or not with color changes like others do, but for this price, don't expect too much. Also, the remote control doesn't have a battery in the box and requires a CR 2025. The screen only has an on/off button. You can only give the rest of the commands from the remote control. If you want an affordable air purifier with cheap filters, don't look for anything else.
