  I start with the positives, which are more. It makes good coffee! The coffee doesn't brew very quickly despite the 950 watts of the coffee maker, but this is considered a positive because it manages to brew it properly, meaning strong, flavorful, and not like watered-down. The on-off indicator light is extremely bright, which means you won't forget to turn it off! Although the coffee maker has an automatic shut-off, it only happens 40 minutes after the coffee is finished, which makes it useless. It only helps if you leave the house and forget to turn it off, so after 40 minutes, it will turn off and won't be on for hours. Although it has a large opening on the top side, it is not easy to fill it with water. Unfortunately, from the first use, I noticed water leaking from the bottom. It seems there is some leakage that will make it useless soon.

  I bought it on 10/21. In February '22, it started leaking and flooding the countertop. We took it for service and it was replaced with a new one. In February '23, it broke down again. It doesn't even start making coffee. It's not worth its money. For its price, you can definitely find something more reputable and maybe worthwhile.

  Instead of cecotec, it comes with a huge sticker on top that says cumbia.
  It doesn't easily fill the water tank, at least I had to pull it out and... twist it a bit to be able to properly pour the water. Otherwise, it goes straight into the carafe.
  In the end, while it was working, it made good coffee. And the timer is convenient, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have also asked for something else instead of a replacement.

  It makes nice coffee and quickly (Filter coffee is the only one I drink daily, winter and summer in the morning), the carafe is sturdy and holds a good amount (easily 4 large cups), it is compact in design and doesn't take up much space on the counter. My previous coffee maker was Braun and lasted 20 years... with good maintenance... let's see about this one...

  I bought it at a great discount and paid less and no shipping at all. Exactly twenty euros! In terms of build quality, it looks good to the eye, but as soon as you touch it, you will realize that it is not Chinese. It gives a feeling that it may break if you put too much pressure on it, but only up to that point. It is also somewhat difficult to fill the water container with the jug. Either you will pour from a bottle or use something with a nozzle that fits well. The last negative for me is the jug, which is made of thin glass and is easy to break, so be careful when washing it.

  I make coffee once a day for over a month now since my second one is espresso freddo (another machine). I have tried a branded package and one from a supermarket chain. In both cases, it gives a very nice coffee and the aroma is very intense both during preparation and consumption. I haven't noticed any dripping after removing the jug to fill the cup. I also fill the water tank as much as I want at that moment for the coffee. It doesn't take long to prepare it. Also, it is positive for me that it has a removable and washable filter!!

  It has one button for its operation only. Finally, you should know that it doesn't keep the coffee hot easily after an hour, but... who drinks filter coffee anyway?

  I have had it for about 6 months now with daily use and I can say that it has met my expectations. All parts are made of quality materials and the result of the coffee is as I expected. The negative aspect is the space where the water container fills up. I am not that comfortable.

  Overall, it looks elegant and high-quality.

  The only negative thing I could say is that there was a huge sticker stuck on the inox surface that was difficult for me to remove. Also, underneath the sticker, it didn't say "Cecotec" (as shown in the photo) but "Cumbria".

  These things, of course, do not affect the fact that it makes very nice coffee, quite quickly!
