Initially, its taste is awful. Very salty, resulting in wanting to drink a bucket of water afterwards. I bought it for severe gum bleeding and used it for six months without seeing any results. After a visit to my dentist, he recommended the green one from frezyderm, which should only be used for a month and not longer. Already in the first 3 days, I saw a huge difference. Once the month is over, I will get the red one, which is for everyday use without time restrictions.

For healthy/strong teeth (activation of tooth buds), a combination of vitamins D3 & K2 is necessary. Any toothpaste simply contributes to the basic maintenance of oral health (depending on the composition of each toothpaste). It needs to do something (strong composition of echinacea, chamomile, etc.) but its taste, salty to the point of nausea, of course, becomes somewhat accustomed after the first two or three brushings.
