Amazing cream, I have been using it for a year and a half now and I wouldn't change it. I have oily skin and this one absorbs immediately without a trace of greasiness. I chose it because it contains gentle retinol. Always remember to apply sunscreen during the day.
It has no fragrance, but in the fragrance options, there is nothing similar. Anyway, I prefer skincare and makeup products to be fragrance-free. The Redermic R has the highest concentration of retinoids; I love it, it has saved me. I use it, but it doesn't need to be used every day because it dries out the skin. I combine it with a moisturizer for oily skin. All retinoids are photo-sensitive; their use is strictly for the evening. It does what it promises. In the beginning, I applied it every night, and in 5 months, I saw a significant difference, but mainly others noticed it too. Now, I only need it 3 times a week.
Years ago when I first got it, I thought it was great that I found an effective cream! That is, even if I saw a small difference (because miracles don't happen). Recently when I got it again, it was different. The older version that said "redermic R" was much better than the "redermic Retinol" version.
Without wanting to say anything negative especially about La Roche Posay products which are generally good, this specific cream after almost six months of use I think created more wrinkles than I had before. I am shocked! If not before, now I definitely need botox.
The most beautiful cream I have bought. The results are immediate. I would recommend it to people with scars and acne, it did a tremendous job for me within a month. Be careful with the quantity and around the eyes.
I have been using redermicA for 20 days now. At first, I only applied it twice a week at night along with moisturizer. Now, I use it every night along with moisturizer on my face, neck, décolletage, and hands. I have seen immediate improvement. I even had rosacea on my forehead, which has also improved. They say not to use vitamin A when you have rosacea, but I did and it improved without causing any redness. I am over 45 years old and I think it is amazing. I will continue to use it only at night. Is there a possibility to use it later, only twice a week, when it gets very hot? Of course, in the morning, I apply sunscreen as I have been doing for years. But this is the first time I have tried retinol on my skin and I don't get excessively red
I got it for my mother and myself, it works very well for my mother, you can see the difference on her face. Personally, I only wear it once a week because when I used it more often, it caused dryness in the area around my nose. It has a nice texture and spreads easily, only its smell is a bit stronger.
Fantastic! I use it alternately with the B3 serum and my skin is truly more elastic and clean. It doesn't leave any shine and absorbs immediately. I always apply it at night, of course, and always use sunscreen in the morning. The skin noticeably tightens - even though I don't have wrinkles yet, I feel and see that it's doing its job! I recommend it to everyone, especially for prevention from the age of 25 and above!
I have not used it regularly. I would use it every other night along with other treatments whenever I remembered. I have combination skin and installed blemishes. I have seen improvement in my skin and a reduction in my blemishes, stabilizing and a slight improvement. In the morning, I always wash my face and apply SPF 50 sunscreen. I will buy it again.
From the second use, my freckles (which appear every summer) have decreased and now, after two weeks of use, five times a week, plus moisturizer on top, my skin has a uniform color and is much more radiant. I am 41 years old.
Unfortunately, I just bought it but I was very disappointed! I don't know, maybe it's my skin or maybe it's the weather, but as soon as I put it on, the next day I got small red pimples all over my face and unfortunately also in the eye area because I bought the same one with retinol for the eyes! What a waste of money!
Very good choice, don't expect results from the first month. From 6 months to 1 year later, you will notice a difference in skin quality (elasticity, texture) due to collagen production. Sunscreen every day, even at home. Start using it twice a week and build up to 5 times. It's good to start at 30 as it is more for wrinkle prevention. If, for example, you are older and already have lines on your face that are visible even when relaxed, then it won't be useful for that. If you do radiofrequency for tightening for 48 hours, do not use retinol
This specific cream has a lower percentage of retinol compared to other creams, and that's exactly why it's perfect for women like me who have never used it before: retinol (also known as vitamin A) can cause skin irritation, which is why it is recommended to gradually increase both its usage and concentration percentage. Clarifying this initially, I have to say that I love this particular cream: my skin is very fair, and due to my job, I spend many hours in the sun, resulting in the development of freckles, which I must emphasize only appear during the summer months. Does the cream work? Absolutely! With 2 weeks of use, I have seen a HUGE DIFFERENCE, and I also have the impression that my skin is firmer. Whether it works the same for brunettes or for freckles that are located in deeper layers of the skin, I don't know how to answer. If you belong to the same category as me, buy it.
It has no results. The percentage of retinol it contains is very small compared to similar creams. Another negative is that it has a strong scent.
I am 48 with combination skin and I started using it at night. I didn't see any difference when I applied it all over my face. At some point, I decided to apply it to the areas where I had wrinkles such as nasal, forehead, and crow's feet wrinkles. The difference was astonishing as immediately after use, I checked these wrinkles which had softened to such an extent that they were almost invisible. So, I continued to use it locally and I really saw improvement. I have had the packaging for a very long time and it still hasn't finished.
A cream that truly changes your skin. In combination with the same company's vitamin C, my skin's texture has changed. It has become extremely smooth, with no trace of oiliness anymore!!! However, be careful during the first week of application to follow the instructions, as I experienced something like a burn because it is a heavy substance and requires caution until the skin gets used to it. Nevertheless, I gave it a second chance and it was worth it!!!! P.S. Definitely use sunscreen!!!
I had acne on my face and started using this product, only at night, for a month and the result is very good. They have been greatly reduced. However, you must definitely use sunscreen during the day.
I am 29.. I have combination to oily skin with tendency for acne.. I bought it hoping to see a difference in my blemishes.. So far, I haven't seen any yet.. I have been using it for a week and a half and I noticed that the texture has changed and my skin has become smoother.. it glows. It has been helpful for me.. And I will continue using it for a while longer.. and as for the anti-aging effect it claims to have.. I read that you see results after 5-6 months of use.. So, patience! ☺️
"It cleanses" the skin gradually from various imperfections that may exist. No side effects.
The best and most quickly effective cream of its kind! Personally, in order to use retinol, one should have a combination to oily skin. I do not recommend it for dry skin as it can cause side effects such as burning sensation, redness, itching, etc... unless it is combined with a suitable moisturizer, in order to avoid the unwanted.
Very good regenerating cream. It softens the lines and helps in the quick healing of scars from pimples.
Retinol is like acids, it is recommended to use it at night and definitely sunscreen in the morning. Gradually it removes the upper layer of the skin, so dryness is observed. I insisted on using it and I saw my skin more radiant and the marks from pimples disappearing faster. Anyone who has sensitivity should use it less frequently, not every day.
After 3-4 days of use, it caused dryness and a burning sensation on my face. I had to undergo treatment to get rid of it. My dermatologist told me that retinol does this and it is not tolerated by all skin types. I haven't used it again since then.
I have been using it for 1 month now and I already see some improvement in fine lines. I can't imagine a cream doing much more than this. I apply it at night, retinol needs night time, with a serum underneath and I don't have any issues with dryness. I apply it selectively on the lines and not everywhere, so I expect it to last me for months, even with daily use I would have only used 1/8 of it. I am 31 and I have combination skin. I noticed that it also works well on blemishes.
It does smooth out the first wrinkles from the first month, but it caused dryness on my skin and I stopped using it
It leaves even combination skin thirsty, it doesn't easily combine with moisturizer due to the high amount of retinol, the packaging is not convenient and one third of the product is wasted. However, it is not for everyday use and definitely not for ages under 30 but for 40+

A very acidic product, I was not satisfied as an anti-aging product
I used it for 9 months and I didn't see any difference.
