In the end, the classic saying "you get what you pay for" applies here as well. This grill reaches high temperatures if one wants to "sear the meat" and then put it aside to cook it to their liking. I am a beginner, completely, but I didn't have any difficulty at all, with the first cooking being a complete success. There are company guides with cooking times depending on the meat. If someone wants, they can invest in an iGrill thermometer. It is expensive, like all the company's accessories, but it helps tremendously. I consider the cover necessary, such a construction is a shame to be left hostage to weather conditions on a balcony. Look on well-known foreign websites for availability and better prices. In general, it is worth investing in it gradually and surely one will be satisfied in the long run. Great construction, clear instructions for assembly, just take your time and it gradually comes together. The most important thing is no dirt or ashes, which I consider a big drawback in charcoal grills, especially if you have it on a balcony, no strong smoke, just a little smoke when the cooking starts. In the difficult times of quarantine, it is a good solution for the family to escape, but also later for gatherings with friends, children's parties, etc.

Very good build quality and materials. It requires cleaning, like any grill, but the main parts that need cleaning are easily removable.
If you have it outdoors, you definitely need a cover. Although the prices of the covers from the parent company are a bit steep, I managed to find it much cheaper from Italy for 79 euros (Product Code: 7183) with a lower price in Greece at 120. But there are still cheaper options (less quality) as long as there is the possibility of shipping to Greece (for example, from Germany, although there were some covers that were not shipped to our country).
There are quite a few accessories that you can find, and as usual, they are quite expensive if they are from the same company. Nevertheless, I am considering getting a stone plate. The assembly was easy, the manual is detailed in every aspect and overall it didn't give me any trouble. And even if you get confused somewhere, there are so many videos on YouTube that will help you figure it out.
Now, onto the basics:
- Even though I had zero experience with gas BBQs, I managed to make delicious food from the first cookout.
- It is very easy to handle.
- It has a high-quality and beautiful construction (its value is evident).
- The burners' switches provide great precision in heat control and you can easily set the desired temperature.
- Grilled items (steaks, burgers, kebabs) turn out very tasty and quickly, to the point where I don't miss charcoal at all (I also have a round Weber charcoal grill, which I don't think I'll use again).
- I grilled a whole chicken simply placed on the grates, with the middle burner turned off and the side burners set to medium, and it turned out delicious without needing any flipping, etc. It didn't burn at any point, as if it was on a rotisserie.
- Cleaning is very easy (grates can be easily cleaned with a simple scrub like with charcoal grills, and the rest every 4-5 cookouts). There are spaces inside the grill that allow you to reach all areas easily and quickly (e.g. under the burners). Additionally, the grill has a significant internal slope, so the juices drain and don't accumulate inside. Overall, it doesn't take much time.
- Also, very importantly, the entire cooking surface heats up evenly without any cold or hot spots.I found it on sale for $550 and it truly is worth its price.

The whole construction is designed with minimal flare-ups and very stable temperatures while it can also reach high temperatures (it can exceed 340 depending on the conditions).
I preheat it to the maximum for 10 minutes and then lower it and it is ready for grilling. It can also smoke with the appropriate accessories. Normally, it should be grilled with the lid closed, although you can also grill with it open. In general, it produces much less smoke than a charcoal grill, which is convenient since I use it in Athens.
The GBS system has not been useful to me so far, as I can use my own cookware. In general, its accessories are very expensive. It does not have a scale for the gas tank like the American models (but now there are also transparent tanks), and cleaning the bowl, which needs to be done from time to time, is a bit cumbersome.
The price had concerned me a lot before I bought it, but I have not regretted it at all. If someone uses it frequently, it is worth it! Otherwise, there are smaller models available.
