As a floodlight, it works properly when fully exposed... But:
CAUTION, the automation may be deactivated without your knowledge! If the floodlight is expected to turn on and there is a quick power interruption or voltage drop within two seconds, it will remain constantly on! (the automation is deactivated and it functions as a regular floodlight that stays on continuously).
As it happened to me, I read that many people believe their floodlight is broken. If it stays constantly on, you probably need to reactivate the automation function!

ACTIVATION / DEACTIVATION - MANUAL OVERRIDE: "To override the automatic mode, the sensor must be switched ON in the automatic mode. Now turn the wall switch OFF and switch power ON within 2 seconds. The floodlight will flash confirming the light has been switched to constant light mode. The sensor will now hold your light ON continuously just like a normal light.
To switch the floodlight into automatic mode, turn your wall switch OFF, then switch ON after 10 seconds. The floodlight will flash confirming the light has been switched to automatic light mode".

Update 25/03/23: 17 months of continuous good operation have been completed

The lighting is good, but its main flaw is that it resets with every voltage drop and remains constantly on in its initial state. In N. Ionia, where the network is a joke, it remained constantly on throughout the night many times. Also, setting it up again all the time is not possible, especially since it is for a garage.
