We loved it from the first little fish! They are pink jelly candies in the shape of fish and with a strawberry flavor. It doesn't smell like fish at all, as some comments say; they may have improved it. My 4-year-old daughter adored it, and I see us becoming long-term customers!
I started it in early September for my 6-year-old daughter who is fragile. I have seen a big difference in how she handles viruses. She gets through them easily, and I don't think it's a coincidence. The taste is good, and the child takes them happily.
For kids, they may be ideal. For older ages, the ingredient content is low; you need to take at least 3 gummies, resulting in each box lasting barely 2 weeks. Very good taste, though!

I give it 3 stars not because it does what it promises, but because my child refused to eat them at all. I ended up eating them myself in the end
The little one (3 years and 2 months old) loves them and asks for them constantly every day. I believe they somehow help the child's body and also a little with atopic dermatitis (he is a sufferer). However, I remove one star because on the one hand, they are expensive in my opinion, especially if you follow the recommended daily dosage, and on the other hand, the "little fish" are difficult to remove from the packaging, with the risk of breaking and ruining their shape.
Could the intake of omega-3 be done with 1 dose instead of needing 2 to meet the daily intake?

I bought it for my children as there are not many supplements in the form of gummies for kids. They had a very bad taste, I even felt nauseous.
My children love it. I mainly give it to them during the winter months and so far I haven't encountered any intolerance issues (2 years of use).
My 3.5-year-old daughter doesn't eat anything, she only drinks milk. She really liked this (strawberry flavor), she asks for it every day on her own and she even wants more (the dosage is 2 gummies). I recommend it.
My daughter (4 years old) really loves them. We started taking them preventively to protect ourselves from seasonal flu. I feel like they have done the job, they need to be taken regularly on a daily basis. I can't stand the fishy smell they leave on my fingers. Surprisingly, my little one is not bothered at all.
We eat almost all the candies that have vitamins (with iron, with calcium, with propolis and echinacea, with C, more than 5) without any problem.. this one only with three others together, otherwise alone not even with bullets.. it smells like sardines in the oven with strawberry..

For the same quantity per capsule, there are other well-known companies with much lower prices. Literally, we are paying for the advertising. (Wikipedia states that there are relatively small differences in cod liver oil and fish oil, in terms of DHA and EPA content. This is available in a wholesale ratio of 1/1). So, from the published ratio (3/1), there has been a lot of processing. Of course, I cannot find other tablets that my child can take, so I am guided by necessity.
