I do not give it 5 stars unfortunately and I will explain why:

+ It washes perfectly, with simple table salt, cheap detergent (the cheapest), and Fairy tablets, it makes the dishes look like new in terms of cleanliness and shine.
+ It is quiet.

- I don't know if it's the company's or the store's fault, but it came without a front panel. On the website, it was stated that the color is white... So be careful about this aspect, make sure to call and be sure that it will have a front panel.
- It has a display, but it doesn't show how much time is left.
- It washes perfectly, but it takes endless hours in the normal program, it may even take 3-4 hours.
- Despite being a good brand, it has manufacturing flaws (e.g. a visible piece of metal, it doesn't fit perfectly as it should).
- It doesn't have instructions in Greek and the English ones are like from Google translate.

So, these are the reasons why it loses one star...

Update:
The device comes with a "booklet". However, none of them have instructions on how to install a wooden front panel on the door. It is unacceptable to sell a fully integrated product (regardless of Greek websites stating it is white) and not even have instructions on how to install the wooden front panel. Unfortunately, the company does not have any tutorial or manual. There are some videos on YouTube, but they are for American washers of the same brand and they only give you an idea of what to do... Personally, because I have some knowledge about these things, I managed to fix it on my own. If anyone needs any help, send a message.

Update 2:
Knowing all the above, I bought a second one because the quality of the washing it does and the low noise level (compared to an old but very expensive Siemens) were decisive factors. The strange thing was that the second one came without the free tablets, with a more qualitative construction, but with dried water inside... I hope it goes well.

However, I would still recommend you to buy it without hesitation. Okay, it takes time, but it washes well and quietly
