I usually buy different eyeliners to see which one works best for me. This one was very good! It's one of the few that I would buy again. Very convenient brush, and very forgiving with mistakes in the outline. I wouldn't say it's the most waterproof I've used, but it stayed in place for about 5-6 hours. Since I have sensitivity with my eyes, I didn't want something that would irritate me. This one suited me very well. It won't last for 12 hours; it will have smudged by then.

Having combination-oily skin and having cried while wearing it (talking about intense crying in some cases), it did not smudge anywhere.
