    Very nice bar with good texture in the mouth compared to the others (crispy and not so sweet), nice flavors (I prefer caramel), good as a substitute for sweets (Snickers, Mars) and not good for high intake recommended

    The bar is 50g. It says 20% protein on the front.

    So each bar has 10g of protein.

    It clearly states it, mathematically of a 4th-grade level. It is inexplicable why some people are surprised that it only has 10g of protein per bar.

    Perfect bar for bulking, obviously not suitable for cutting

    Amazing taste because it is just chocolate. Do not get it as a protein bar, you will fill up with sugar. The protein it contains is minimal, the calories are too many, and each bar is supposed to be 2 servings. I made a mistake and bought it to try it, and when I saw that this is two servings (25g per serving) and the listed calories are for one serving, I had a stroke. I don't remember exactly, but 25g, which is the serving, has about 150 kcal and 5g of protein. Just eat chocolate instead and enjoy it because this is NOT a protein bar!
