I have had it for almost four years, occasional use three to four times a month, everything is fine, nothing has happened to me, of course it doesn't make fries like in a frying pan but it's enough for me to know that it is healthier, I am satisfied. I put a lid inside so that the food doesn't drip.

So far, I have not been able to make potatoes that are edible. I follow the instructions on the device... nothing... I improvise hoping that... still nothing... the potatoes are not edible... personally, I am disappointed

Unfortunately, after a few washes, the coating of the drum starts to peel off and the screws of the basket rust due to moisture...
Unfortunately, the spare part is not available and I am waiting...
It's a shame because the usage so far has been satisfactory, but the quality is good for a maximum of 1-1.5 years. ..

After 5 uses and careful washing of the basket, the non-stick Teflon came off, resulting in even potatoes sticking... very disappointing. I do not recommend it

I have had it for three months and I clean it with a microfiber cloth and ONLY a sponge, and the non-stick coating has come off the basket. I have given it to the service of the store where I bought it and I am waiting to see what will happen. It is worth its money as a device since I no longer use the oven to bake two steaks or three chicken legs, which I admit it does amazingly, but the issue with the basket has bothered me a lot. Stay tuned for an update.

The dealership replaced it for me and I got a new device, but after a while, the same thing happened again... the non-stick coating came off... I will probably buy a device from another company...

After three returns and three replacements, and after my strong demand, the company where I bought it refunded my money, and I bought a different brand (PH*****S) and found my peace. It has been a year now and nothing has happened, it was even an exhibition device...
