We have had this particular model for 4 years, and it is definitely worth the money and more. We use it at least 4 times a day, both for defrosting and grilling. Very easy to use, once you read the manual, you won't need to read it again. It defrosts meat very well, it takes time depending on the weight, but it stops in the middle of the process to turn the meat over correctly. (I emphasize this because I heard from a friend that her microwave broke because it stopped in the middle of defrosting?)... Highly recommended.
It is really fast and there is no competitor in terms of its price. It replaced a 17-year-old Miele that earned its money. If it withstands time, it will be a real jackpot.
I am satisfied so far, it heats up quickly and easily. The 3 stars I gave are because the inox is not of good quality and requires a lot of attention in cleaning (only with a clean cloth and water), no chemicals at all! I'm afraid I will have issues in the future. I will come back if a problem arises or I will improve the rating if it turns out to be my own idea. I haven't tried defrosting with it yet.
