I give it 4 stars because it is not silent compared to older technology. I close the kitchen door when I use it and I'm at home. In terms of washing quality, it's fine; it has a half-hour program in which it washes but does not dry. The next short program with drying is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

When it is in operation, you hear a little noise like hearing rain inside the house at times. However, for its price and for 3 times a week use, it was the cheapest in terms of quality that I found. Probably because I don't add salt and rinse aid since I use all in one capsules that are supposed to include them, the dishes don't come out dry when the program finishes. It has 2 positions of the upper rack so at first when the dishes didn't fit, I simply raised the rack and now it's fine. The materials of construction are definitely inferior to the same company's model I had for a decade, but obviously that's why it has maintained a similar price. Also, the compartment where we put the tablet requires delicate movements because it seems fragile. It makes noise like rain when it throws water but generally it's not bothersome. Finally, I also received it with water in the tub and hose but fortunately without rust. Overall, I consider it value for money.

Did you find this review helpful?I bought the washing machine in Corfu on 29-12-2023 from a well-known chain of stores that recently opened its branch.
When I opened the (probably) factory packaging, the drum was filled with water and water came out of the drainage pipe. I didn't pay attention. Looking a bit to see its features, how it works, etc., I noticed that one of the baskets had mold. I called the main store in Athens and they referred me to the store in Corfu, where they told me to bring it there to see what I was saying and find a solution. Indeed, I went, they checked it, saw the water and the mold, and after contacting their technicians at the headquarters, they said that the water is from the tests at the factory and the mold is because the water remained in the drum for a long time.
In the store, they suggested that I either buy a Candy washing machine or wait for 20 days for another identical one to come from the warehouses. They didn't have a more expensive option and generally only had Candy. However, because 20 days were too long and a cabinet had been removed to accommodate the washing machine, leaving a gap in the kitchen between the cabinets, I chose the third option to keep it as defective with a €100 discount "for my inconvenience" since I loaded it and took it there by myself. So, it cost €378, with the assurance that the factory warranty would still be valid.
A few days later, during a wash on the intense cycle at 65°, the sides of the drum, which are only "inox," changed color as shown in the photos and now they release a black residue during washes, similar to what happens when we polish metals. The company says that the washing machine is not responsible, as obviously the inox parts are of poor quality, but I am responsible, as well as the detergents/salt/lubricant, even though they are all well-known and claim that the inox was corroded by them.
To the question posed to Whirlpool, the store, and the authorized technician, "if the damage came from the detergents, why didn't the upper and lower parts of the inox or the door get damaged," I didn't receive any answer, not because they don't know, but because the true answer would automatically mean replacement. That is, it is poor quality inox that couldn't withstand the high temperature in combination with the detergents.
A few days later, while inspecting the washing machine more thoroughly, as I had realized that something was not right, I found rust in a spot outside the drum where it doesn't come into contact with the detergents that supposedly damaged the drum. Even for this, Whirlpool told me that it is normal wear and tear. Today, January 25, 2024, which is 27 days after the purchase, the washing machine has rust and it is considered normal wear and tear, so it doesn't require replacement.
This is the washing machine and this is Whirlpool.
I won't comment anything negative about the store because the two responsible individuals have tried and are still trying their best.

I gifted it to myself after reading the reviews, because I got tired of washing pots and dishes by hand every day for 4 people, and I simply love it! I have placed it under the counter and removed the lid without any problem. I run the dishwasher every night and always choose the express program (5), which lasts 27 minutes with regular detergent or 45 and 75 minutes with tablets (Fairy). I choose the 45-minute option and it comes out sparkling! I wash all the dishes/glasses of the day and one or two pots (one large and one small, one inside the other) and I have peace of mind. If I don't have many glasses, I put another pot on the top shelf! Although the express program doesn't have drying, I use the finish rinse aid and they come out dry (it's good to open the door as soon as the cycle is complete to prevent steam from getting trapped). Also, a big advantage is the half load (multi zone). Overall, it's very easy to use for me as a beginner. The simple instructions in Greek are a great help. Simply perfect!

I am completely satisfied with both its performance and its ergonomics. It has managed to restore glasses that had become cloudy from the previous dishwasher. For a 45 euro, it is excellent.
