10 minutes in heavy rain and your hands become as if you put them in a bucket of water. They are not even windproof, it's the worst thing I have ever bought in a handful. Some handfuls I had with 10 euros were 10 times better. Unfortunately, that's how it is...
The evaluation will be done in comparison with the Shad ones that I had and the Tucano ones without the mirror cover, the simpler ones, and installation on a Piaggio medley 125.
Waterproofing: I start with this because I consider it a crucial point for gloves. In normal rain (without a downpour) and after 4 hours on the road, water passed through and got inside, even though they were properly fastened, and on the outside, you couldn't even touch them. You were equally wet whether you wore the gloves or not. The Chinese ones with €15 provided more protection in the rain than these ones, and that is not justified for gloves that cost €65. Here I give 0 stars.
Cold protection: It has a strap that tightens the extension reaching the wrist, so that cold air doesn't pass through the hand. Okay, you can tighten one with the other hand, but how will you tighten the second one? Unless you have a third hand to do the job... At the upper part of the glove, there is some protection, but nothing at the lower part and the sides. In the cold, it seems to lightly cover and not as well as the Shad ones. 0.5 stars for this.
Appearance: Although this is subjective, most people like them. They don't go unnoticed and I am often asked if they are worth it on the road. They fit well. 1 star here because in most scooters, the union is at the buttons of the starter, and it is difficult to press it to put it in gear.
Overall impression: In no case are they worth the €65 I paid. They are just a caption and nothing more. Is it possible for them to get wet and for the inside to become as if I had poured buckets of water in them, while the company claims they are waterproof? Waste of money. I regret buying them. Maybe they need waterproofing with nanotechnology to work better, meaning another €35 for a good liquid, and you end up spending €100. Whoever wants to spend that, should write the result in the description.
