At 35€, it's the only budget option worth getting for a wireless mouse under 50€. The next best option is the Razer Orochi V2. It's also featured here: https://youtu.be/yfStwwBFCEw

Initially, the battery is a bit unacceptable for a battery that needs to be replaced every time it runs out. HOWEVER, this is not the mouse's fault. It's the battery that comes with the mouse. I recommend anyone who gets this to also get a lithium AA or AAA battery (which can be combined with an adapter to make it AA size) and it will be perfect.

I like the build quality of this mouse more than the much more expensive G PRO Superlight, especially the surface.

I don't like the weight of it with the AA, not because it's heavy in general, but because the weight is distributed incorrectly where the battery is. I prefer to use it with an AAA battery, as the problem (maybe just my preference) is reduced quite a bit that way.

While its wireless is incredibly clean like all Logitech and Razer wireless products I use, I easily experience interference from Wi-Fi, other USB devices, or even reasons I haven't figured out yet. According to what I've found on Reddit, others have this issue too. Of course, this doesn't make the wireless bad, as it may occur in certain situations. I didn't have any interference issues with the G PRO.

The clicks have a nice feel, not too light and not too hard, and their travel distance is fine. I haven't had any double-clicking issues like with the G Pro.

The big negative for me, which if we weren't talking about a 35€ mouse, would give it endless stars, is the mouse feet. Logitech isn't generally known for its mouse feet, even in its new mice (except for the G303 Shroud), but these are overly thin and small, making them incredibly quirky about what mousepad I can use and even when I use the 'perfect' mousepad for it, I feel like they're scratching on the mousepad. I recommend changing the mouse feet 100% to anyone who wants to keep the mouse.

Finally, while it suits many, it didn't take me too long to get used to it, and even after I did, I still felt like it didn't fit me. Of course, I've received positive feedback from several people with small palms and few negatives, so I guess if you have small palms, you'll accept it!

Overall, the mouse is fine for its 35€ price tag! But as I said, the must-change things for me are: the battery to be lithium, either AA or AAA. If you go for the latter, also buy an adapter. PTFE mouse feet like Corepad, for example.

If you have a medium palm and want an economical wireless mouse, I might recommend the Razer Orochi V2. It's quite close to the 305's philosophy, but personally, I consider it superior in shape, lighter, PTFE mouse feet, better switches, but it costs 20€ more.

  The Logitech G305 is an excellent wireless mouse at a (in my opinion) inflated price due to the brand. But I do not blame Logitech, as once again they offer an outstanding product that has been very convenient for me.

  Why did I choose this particular mouse?

  The main reason is the choice of dongle for wireless connectivity, since my poor motherboard does not have Bluetooth, which limits my options for wireless mice.

  The well-known amazing quality of the sensor that the mouse has also played an important role. In conjunction with the chipset that the mouse has, I have had the battery that came with the mouse for 3 months now (and of course after many hours of daily use, the battery is still at the "good" level, just like it was at the beginning)! YES, the mouse comes with a battery. Mine specifically came with a Duracell, a battery that lasts a long time! The truth is that I don't do much gaming so I have set the polling rate to 150hz since it is used for other types of tasks.

  Finally, the white color was a must in my final choice. It fits perfectly with my setup and I generally consider it a very nice mouse. Those who had the Logitech G102 or G203 will find the feel of the mouse familiar, as we are talking about the same shape with slight changes. Personally, I have had 4 mice in my life, and 3 of them were Logitech. My first was the G102, so I knew that choosing the G305 would be convenient, as the G102 had served me very well.

  I should emphasize that I found the mouse for 39.99 euros, which is clearly worth more than the prices of 44.99 and 49.99 that I often see. The mouse is used for 3D graphic design in Blender and Unreal Engine, as well as for graphic design. Occasionally, I might play a game, but in no case anything like eSports or competitive games. For all-round use, the mouse is a very good choice even at its high price in my opinion, but it is definitely a good investment for your setup.

  BEWARE of the misleading good cable! It does not connect to the mouse to charge the battery!!! Don't waste 10 euros on 4 rechargeable batteries like I did.   I've had it for 9-10 days. Today I received the white version as well.

  OK... what I don't like is the switches because the 2 buttons (left/right) are stiff, a bit noisy, and although the wheel is of good quality, I would prefer it to be looser. I was used to softer clicky mice. The white one has a smoother and looser wheel, so it might be a batch issue. In terms of weight, size, and battery life, it's just fine.

  Memory Mode: OFF
  G-Shift: OFF
  Power Mode: Hi (High) because there is a delay when it goes into wake mode, which is annoying if you set it to endurance.

  DPI: 1850/2000 dpi on a 34 flat screen is very good for my work.
  General Mouse buttons keys: Disabling the middle button for changing DPI in the "start menu" of Windows.

  With the alkaline battery that comes with the package, it's stuck at 90% after 9 days. It might drop suddenly at some point.

  Purchased for 44.90 - I expected more for the price!
  I would like it to have grips at least on the left side and a connection with USB Type-C.

  Objectively, apart from what bothers me, it’s not above 4 stars, and I give the 4 stars for the reason of its price, which remains a budget wireless mouse.
  Let’s not forget it has been out for 6 years if I'm not mistaken, hence the many positive reviews.

  The scroll wheel compared to the Wired Logitech G203 I had doesn't make as much noise, if any at all. But in reality, everything will make even the slightest noise with friction.

  I bought it to replace my previous mouse (razer deathadder 2013) which I had for almost 9 years. With the first use, I felt a huge difference. It is ideal for people with small to medium hands and mainly for finger and claw grip. Extremely convenient and accurate.

  As for its weight, it is not the lightest you will find. Specifically, most of the weight is concentrated at the back of the mouse, where the battery is located. But there is an easy solution for that too. You can simply use a AAA battery (instead of AA which the device normally takes) and wedge it with an aluminum foil ball as shown in the photo. If you use an ultimate lithium battery like the energizer one, the weight drops significantly and the overall weight will be balanced. Otherwise, you can use AA lithium or rechargeable AAA batteries. I chose the latter option, specifically the panasonic eneloop which is one of the best. Even with AAA, the battery lasts many hours and does not need frequent replacement.

  The clicks are not silent and neither is the scroll wheel. For me, it is not important so I do not deduct stars. While there are such mice, I do not believe it is worth someone spending €100+ for high-end models.

  I will come back to the review regarding its durability and battery life once I use the mouse more.
