    Use one month. Amazing taste, excellent solubility with a simple shaker. The dosage says 12 grams. I take 6 before the workout and 6 after. Results are highly encouraging to impressive. It goes without saying that my diet is very carefully planned (low calorie for weight maintenance). Much superior compared to the equivalent from Dymatize. It will last about 40 days. A verified product from an English company. Try it and you probably won't regret it. I will also try their protein. I am 70 kg, 52 years old.
