    Okay, with 11 euros it would be a miracle for it to be truly professional as it claims :-) The intensity is "lukewarm" just like the air. It doesn't do anything it promises, but it proved to be very useful for me and my short hair, for the following paradoxical reason: The air is so lukewarm that it allows you to style with your hand, a lifesaver for some ladies (I'll call them cool!) who can't handle a round brush!!! :-)
