  I have been using a Tenda router for 2 years and my internet speed has never dropped. I plugged the extender directly into the socket, it was very easy to connect, the LED lights turned on immediately, and it reaches around 93Mbps from a 100Mbps line in the middle rooms with Wi-Fi.

  For now, I am very satisfied with its setup and performance.

  CAUTION! Some laptops have very poor network cards, and in a test we conducted, one laptop reached 40Mbps (which is better than the previous 12Mbps it reached), but when we tested with mobile devices, they all reached over 90Mbps. So it also depends on the laptop or the network card in general of your desktop PC/laptop. My second laptop, which is about €300 more expensive, reached 82-86Mbps in the same room where I tested everything else.

  With Wind fiber optic 100 Mbps (router in the living room) placed in the hallway at a distance of 6 meters without any particular obstacle, it provides 45-50 Mbps in the bedrooms for 4G mobiles, tablets, and laptops (half the speed but sufficient for our needs). Better performance than the old Tp-Link (which was 300 Mbps single band) that provided 20-25 Mbps. The indicator light on the router shows blue when the signal is good and red when it is out of range, meaning its position is borderline at this distance. It provides 95-100 Mbps everywhere on a 5G phone (no loss of signal). Moreover, in the mobile's WiFi menu, it provides an extra connection that other devices cannot see (presumably due to the band). Installation, connection to the router, and configuration are very easy (always done via Ethernet from a laptop). One week of use and no disconnections. This will of course be assessed further in the future. In general, it seems that all extenders in this price range have a range issue, as they are designed for short distances. However, for our needs, this specific one is considered a satisfactory purchase for its price.
  Update 15/1/23: After 6 months of use, it is functioning normally without any disconnections.

  I wanted an internet cable-to-wifi and not wifi-to-wifi.
  It can do both! It comes in wifi-to-wifi mode for multiple users.
  To change the mode to cable-to-wifi:
  1. We place it near the router and wait for it to connect by pressing the WPS button (see manual)
  2. We connect the Tenda to the laptop using a cable
  3. We type the address mentioned in the manual into the browser
  4. On the page, we select the mode we want and it's done.

  Super!!! I created a permanent wireless link between my router and the Tenda. I connected another router to the Tenda with a cable, which automatically establishes an IPsec VPN with my company. And on this router, I connect my computer, printer, company access point, and phone to the corporate network. Zero delay, independent network from the home network, flawless performance. So I don't know what smoke it's blowing as a repeater, because I use it as a bridge, but for its price, it solved my problems and effectively replaced the awful cable that went through the hole and all over the living room to reach the room where I work. It has been working non-stop for 4 months now. Power outages, WAN router restarts, etc. don't bother it. Everything is up and running in a few minutes. Bravo to Tenda.

  I do not have the knowledge or experience from another extender, but I can say that even for someone like me, after watching a similar video, I installed it very easily (using the router's code), but I can't say that its range convinces me...
  At a distance of 4 meters from the router (with two walls in between), the performance drops below half, 35mbps in the router's area and only 14 or even lower in the extender's area (between and directly across from two rooms)!
  But without interruptions or connectivity issues, it connects smoothly up to 5 devices, while without the extender, we had a serious problem (it dropped even to 7mbps), so we are probably satisfied, although we cannot know if another one would have been better or to what extent its capabilities correspond to its price of €35.

  Easy installation and network setup via mobile and computer.
  What you need to pay attention to is the smaller range compared to tp-link.
  That is, in the same socket, the signal reception is significantly reduced compared to the router (I use a stock modem-router from Cosmote).
  After placing it in a closer socket, it connected seamlessly with speeds on both bands almost the same as those achieved with a cable.
  Overall, I would choose it again for its stability and dual band.

  Excellent repeater. My review is based on a comparative test with Logilink WL0242 dual band and Fritz 600 single band.
  The type and speed of my line is VDSL 50 Mbps.
  Speeds:
  The comparison was made at the same placement points, meaning with a fixed computer and a TV smartbox that are located in the same spots, and the repeaters in the same socket.
  The results after 30 tests per repeater on each operating frequency (5 and 2.4 GHz) are that it almost reached the speed of 50 Mbps that I have at home. Specifically:
  On average, it downloaded 18 Mbps more than Logilink on 5GHz and 12 Mbps more on 2.4 GHz (possibly due to congested channels at this frequency but also faster device-to-device connection per frequency - 867MHz on 5GHz and 300MHz on 2.4GHz).
  Compared to Fritz, it downloaded 10 Mbps more on 2.4GHz.
  Range:
  No difference compared to the others. In the placement point, it receives almost full signal from the router, just like the others.
  Note:
  However, I must note that I am using a Tenda AC 1200 AP router. I don't know if this plays any additional - positive - role because it is the same brand.
  Appearance:
  It is quite elegant. Its connection is easy.
