It is the only magnesium (out of all the ones I have tried in the same category) that "works" for me. I drink it at night if I am very tired and stressed.. and it relaxes me.. and within 1 hour I fall asleep like a baby. I remember reading that it should be taken on an empty stomach for the substance to go where it needs to.. now I see that the new packaging doesn't mention it, but I still do it. I might feel a slight tingling afterwards, once I take it. I see some of you write that it doesn't energize you.. I think magnesium is not taken for energy.. it is taken to reduce fatigue/tiredness. For me, the well-being is noticeable the next day, as soon as I wake up.. At least that's how I understand it works.
I did not like the taste at all, and for that reason, I will not buy it again. Also, it does not dissolve well. There is a residue at the bottom of the glass.
Regarding its effectiveness, since I exercise regularly, I can tell if a supplement works for me or not, so I would rate it relatively good. B- grade.
It is not Solgar, which is AAA+ top quality, but if, for example, you don't have the money to buy Solgar, you can try this once.
Very good and complete content of the ingredients it contains, but I did not feel any boost and more energy.
