Description

Dietary supplement with inositol, in the bioavailable form of myo-inositol, combined with B-complex vitamins. 

Inositol belongs to the B-complex vitamins and is important for brain and nervous system health, as well as for female fertility. It also participates in the metabolism of insulin and fats and is important for liver health.

Myo-inositol plays an important role as a major structural component of a large number of secondary messengers. In recent years, it has been extensively studied in relation to its role in the insulin signaling pathway and its role in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Increased concentrations of myo-inositol in the follicular fluid appear to play a positive role in follicle maturation and are an indicator of good egg quality.

    I have started it for a week now, so I don't know if it is effective or not.

    I used to take inositol from another well-known company that had a neutral taste, and I decided to try this one as well. Unfortunately, I don't like the taste at all. I'm trying to finish the box by mixing it with juice so I don't taste it, but it doesn't dissolve either. I don't think I will buy it again. However, I have seen very good results in regulating my period with inositol. So, I will continue taking inositol.
