Eco Friendly Refrigerant (R32)
It uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R32, which is environmentally friendly and has 68% lower global warming potential compared to R410A. In addition, R32 can deliver the same heat output as R410A with 30% less refrigerant, meaning less refrigerant is required for each unit. As a result, total carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by around 75%. Another advantage is that R32 is not a mixture but a homogeneous fluid and can be more easily recycled and reused.
Energy efficiency
The air conditioner belongs to energy class A++, in cooling and energy class A+ in heating (middle zone). The energy class is measured on a seven-level color scale from A+++ to D, with class A+++ being the most efficient, while class D, on the other hand, is the least efficient.
In addition, there are the SEER and SCOP indicators, which more realistically depict the actual energy efficiency of the air conditioners.

It was installed in the spring of 2020. After 1.5 years of experience, I am here to share my opinion.
Installation in a 14 sqm room with old windows.
In cooling mode, it is efficient, it reaches the desired temperature very quickly and cools the room. At the beginning, until it reaches the desired temperature, the noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep, but if you wait for 10 minutes, the fan speed decreases and it becomes bearable. The cracking sounds (expansions-contractions) are not intense during cooling. In terms of energy efficiency, there is not a significant difference compared to any modern inverter air conditioner, after 2 months of use at 27 degrees every night.If you want it for installation, NOT IN A BEDROOM, mainly for cooling and if you are not bothered by the noise, then it might be worth it (if you find a good deal with installation).
Now let's move on to the negatives.
Unfortunately, the heating is not particularly efficient, as I can leave the air conditioner on auto mode for 1 hour and it still doesn't reach the desired temperature. It's as if the air it blows out is not warm enough. If you set it at 21-22 degrees, the air that comes out is characterized as lukewarm to cold, and the room temperature doesn't rise. Only in turbo mode does anything happen.Okay, let's say it's due to insulation, or poor maintenance, etc. The real problem is the noise when it operates in heat mode. Guys, I have never seen anything like it. You literally feel like a warplane is about to take off along with the whole house. The intensity of the noise is such that you can LITERALLY hear it from 3 rooms away, while at the same time it vibrates so much that the walls even crack 15 meters away from the room where it is installed. The expansions and contractions it makes are extremely intense and definitely continue for about 15 minutes after you open/close it.
I can't say that the installation is to blame. The technician had added extra rubber pads at the contact points to reduce vibrations.In conclusion, for the money it asks for, it definitely is not worth it, as with 300-350€, you can find excellent machines that perform much better and do not have such poor quality plastics, nor do they make noise that labels you as the annoying neighbor.
3/5 only because of its performance in cooling

It was installed in 6/2020, it never stopped for two summers and we had it permanently at 25-26 degrees Celsius. It has a meter and the consumption for August '20 was 95kWH / August '21 was 120kWH, minimal wattage for cooling at 110w and for heating at 250w in my space (15 sq.m. without insulation). It is a very powerful machine and it is twice the size of cheap 9, so it is value for money, at least at the price I bought it (350 euros). The noise from the compressions was present at the beginning but after so many hours of operation, it is rarely heard.
In heating, the Super option must be selected first and then after 10-20 minutes, the desired temperature, this applies to all air conditioners and especially those in small spaces.

Wasted money, unfortunately. In the cold, it gets too cold even at the lowest intensity, which is not convenient at all for a small bedroom. On the contrary, in the heat, it doesn't warm up at all, even after hours of operation, and it takes a while to start blowing air (we're talking about half an hour), especially in the heat. Plus, for some reason, it gets stuck sometimes. Overall, stay away!

Purchase of this specific product, starting from the helipad to the cooling with gradual acceleration during takeoff. Thankfully, I am in the countryside, otherwise I would have a problem with disturbing the peace. My mother bought this specific "Midea" Air-Conditioner for my room, we installed it above the door, it's pretty good I must say, compared to the old Air-Conditioner we had since around 2003 (maybe a little earlier).

It has 9,000 BTU for cooling and 10,000 BTU for heating.Remote Control:

The timer to automatically turn off the device at some point doesn't have a setting every 5 minutes like the older Air-Conditioners, but it goes as follows:

When you turn on the device to cool or heat the room, the cold air starts immediately...
In case you switch it to heat mode, it delays for about 5 minutes, I think.
But once it starts, it turns the room into an oven. Personally, I set it to the maximum at 30 (30 degrees Celsius). It doesn't go higher.
Of course, what's the problem with the heating mode? "The plastic parts creak." Probably due to expansion and contraction. I bought the Midea prime 9000 btu in July 2020. Complete disappointment. The indoor unit literally breaks, making enough noise to wake up two adults and two children. Even though I thought it was a problem with the air conditioner I bought, the company replaced the indoor unit and guess what, the new one makes exactly the same noise. While contacting customer service, I realized they are fully aware of the situation. Nevertheless, we are talking about cheaply made plastic parts, which is why it makes such a loud noise. Update 25/06/21: The air conditioner in the store still deserves a 5/5 rating. I also installed the same model, but the 18,000 BTU version, in my 10-year-old house's living room, which is 65 square meters. During the winter, the indoor unit made some noise and when the outside temperature dropped to 5 degrees Celsius or below, it displayed the error code "df" which means defrost. Now, during the summer, it doesn't make any noise while cooling the living room comfortably, without any struggle. So, you should know that it deserves a 5/5 rating for cooling, but it doesn't perform well in freezing conditions for heating. I am completely satisfied with what I purchased.
