    I use them on a daily basis for activation before my workout and for me, they are just what I need. They are not as hard as other more expensive ones, but they work perfectly for warm-up and activation.
    I never use the very light one because it is too loose, even for beginners. Maybe it is intended for serious injuries or conditions.

    Good bands for home exercises, especially for leg & butt workouts. They came with a pouch for easy storage and transportation.
    The only downside is the light band (green) that I haven't used yet, but it is quite thin and I don't think it will last long.
    A small difference in the photo is that the heavy band was red and the medium one was blue

    Although it is made of durable material, I have managed to use only the red and black bands in my workouts, which are the hardest ones, but even those with difficulty. They are not stable on the feet (unless we are talking about ankles that naturally cannot "escape"), they slip and twist, resulting in having to fix and reposition them after 2-3 repetitions, and when they twist, they hurt a lot and the feet turn red. However, when I manage to complete a set, their resistance has an effect and I always feel engaged.

    I have had them for two years and they have saved me in various phases and trips where I did not have the ability to do weight training. They have not suffered anything at all and I have used them countless times. The only downside for me is that they are relatively soft and sometimes when you do exercises, the band folds, causing pain.
