I use this band for pull-ups and extra resistance in curls (the length is ideal for both exercises). As for the pull-ups, the assistance it provides is small, about -12kg (for beginners, I would recommend a stiffer band). Good overall.

Soft rubber, convenient for placement at various levels for exercise execution. It can also be used folded to increase resistance. It helped me a lot during the quarantine period and I plan to continue using it after the gyms reopen for smooth strength training without straining my body.
