Like all Lamberts products, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP.

Dosage

4 grams of powder (2 grams in the morning - 2 grams in the evening), half an hour before meals. 

The powder dissolves easily in water or juice.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

    I usually don't do reviews, but I had to here to help others who have the same issue as me. Polycystic syndrome, with elevated testosterone and low progesterone, which means a period once every 4 months and I always have to take pills for it to come. Swelling, nerves, headaches at full blast for as long as I don't have my period. I wanted to take a pure myo-inositol without anything else, so I went for this one. I've been taking half of the recommended daily dose every night for 3 months now. In the first month, I had my period in 40 days, then in 36, and now in 32. I just couldn't believe that something would ever work since all the doctors said only birth control would save me. It's the best thing out there. 100 stars, not 5
