I have a big problem with sleep. I started a new job and I was very anxious about how I would manage without sleep. I went to a psychologist, tried herbs, from simple chamomile to valerian. As soon as I take melatonin, within half an hour I feel a dizziness and I want to sleep, especially on days when I am stressed, it has saved me!!! It is the first melatonin product I have bought. The dosage is 20 drops, but I feel the effects even with 10. I would suggest that anyone who buys it starts with a lower dosage than recommended. Finally, my fear of "what will happen if I can't fall asleep?" has gone away. Unfortunately, my sister, who also has sleep problems due to depression, did not notice any difference. She felt the dizziness but couldn't fall asleep. I would recommend anyone with a problem to give it a try.
