Philips Avent straw cup with ergonomic handles is ideal for the first sips from a straw and allows for healthy oral development. It was designed in collaboration with experts to be the best possible straw cup.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
It doesn't notice anything! It has taken a beating from the little one and it doesn't seem to break. Also, we never had any leaks.
The only downside, like with all silicone straw products, is that if the child decides to bite, then the straw gets cut off and replacement straws are no longer available on the market (I couldn't find any replacements anywhere)
Durable, beautiful, doesn't leak. However, there is a great difficulty for the baby (15 months old) to suck. The mother's nipple + two replacements had different flow rates. I do not recommend it.
Strong little cup! No matter how many times it has fallen, it hasn’t been damaged at all. Convenient to open and close, but after a few uses, it becomes a bit stiff since it’s new. It doesn’t leak, unless left completely upside down for a long time and the straw is touching something. Easy to clean, even the straw, especially if you have a small cleaning brush that the well-known Chinese online superstores sell very cheaply. I would buy it again with my eyes closed. (I also have the larger one in ml, just as satisfied with that too)
The cup is fine, the only problem is the straw. Because it is antidrop, the child has to suck very hard to drink...
Just as it appears in the photos, very easy to teach the baby to use it, lightweight. Loves it! The only negative is that it leaks if it turns upside down inside a bag
Easy to use, held well by the child, and shows that it drinks easily. Minimal leaks when dropped with force
Very good cup, I have a 17-month-old child who immediately understood how to drink from it, has thrown it down several times and nothing happened to it. It separates into several pieces and washes very well.
The only good thing is that it doesn't break. Otherwise, it leaks water when it falls on its side. Unacceptable that it doesn't have replacement straws. The straw broke within a month, luckily we saw it in time and didn't swallow it. Unfortunately, 15 € for one month.
We have had it for 9 months and it is very convenient. You can turn it upside down and the water doesn't spill. You can throw it down and it doesn't break. The handles are convenient for the baby. It is also important that the lid closes and you can put it in a bag. It is a little more difficult to suck from the straw, but I think this is done so that the baby does not choke with the strong flow and also to prevent it from dripping when held upside down.
Excellent! We have bought both colors. With this, the little one learned to drink from 6 months old. No leaks. It is very convenient!
With this cup, he learned to drink with a straw in an hour! We haven't had it for long, but it seems good quality. I have noticed 2-3 times that it loses a little water, probably from the sides when it stayed lying down for an hour, but nothing tragic.
The biggest problem is that the straw sucks with great difficulty. The child doesn't want it. I tried it myself and my jaw hurt from sucking. It's useless. It's a shame because it doesn't leak and doesn't drip if it's not used. Also, the water that we had inside smelled and it was from the filter. The capacity of 200 ml is too small for its milk or juice. I regretted it.
It was my son's favorite. Now he broke it and I will probably buy it again because he doesn't drink from other ones I give him. It lasted much longer than all the others we had before. The curved straw helps him drink until the last drop without sucking in air. The downsides are that it is small and you have to constantly refill it, and that the lid comes off easily and you have to search for it.
I bought it twice because I thought the first one had a problem.. in the end, that's how they all are... it doesn't leak from the straw, yes, but it runs from the lid and we're not talking about drops.. you get completely soaked if it stays lying down... the baby is fine with it.. I wonder how they can drink from it because I tried it and it really hurt my mouth
I had bought a cup that doesn't leak water, but my child could never drink from it. So one day I bought this product and as soon as I put the straw for her to drink, she immediately sucked! I wouldn't change it for anything!!!
The only downside is that the straw inside is very inflexible and because children tend to lift their heads when they drink, there is a difficulty there. Otherwise, excellent quality, I recommend it
I bought it for my 7-month-old daughter. We had previously bought another educational sippy cup which didn't work at all. I had taught her to drink water from a straw that I put in her mouth, and as soon as we gave her the bottle, she used it immediately. Also, I believe its size is very suitable for this age! I consider it a very good purchase. It is also resistant to falls!
Very nice sippy cup, we have been using it for almost a year for milk, easy for the child to hold on their own from 10 months old, didn't even use a bottle as they immediately adapted to it. It has a little leakage from the straw when it's turned upside down!
I bought it immediately after the 360° at about 7.5 months, it had already been in solids for 1 month and I wanted a bottle to carry it on walks and close it from above.
This is the most suitable bottle.
Until now (17 months) he drinks by himself and even though it is for 9 months... it just needs more frequent refilling : )
I recommend it.
Easy to clean, very resistant to falls and good quality.
It was our first cup after the bottle (for water). The child immediately got used to the straw and easily learned how to use it. The handles greatly help the child in their independence and it fits in all the side pockets of most bags. We enjoyed it.
After numerous cups, I now go to this one with my eyes closed. The baby (7 months) accepted it very easily and likes that he can hold it by the handles and drink water on his own easily - great durability in falls without leaking. I hope they release replacement straws on the market again.
Great quality materials and good design. We gave it to our 11-month-old boy and he drinks without any leaks
It does not have leaks like others I have bought.... It is ideal for a baby learning to use a straw.
Well-made and works correctly. The quantity, however, is borderline small for a child over one year old.
Very good cup! It was 1 year old when we bought it. He used it without difficulty. Durable, it doesn't leak.
The best sippy cup I have tried for my little one. The child drinks easily, cleans much easier than other similar ones with a weighted straw, and, most importantly for me, withstands the child's chewing. Until now, he had chewed all the straws from previous cups. I have bought four in total (including the larger size). The only negative is that replacement straws are not sold, because now only after months of use and chewing did one straw start to break.
Well, to make it clear since I have bought 6-7 of these. It is the most convenient for liquids, mainly for water that I use for the children. It is extremely durable and easy to hold, clean, and get the child used to it. You can buy it comfortably, you won't regret it except for one issue. After a while, if the child bites the straw/silicone, it may break. So be careful with this part. If the child can't suck, it is due to incorrect placement of the silicone from the inside, on the lid. Also, it can collect food or juice residues and produce dirt around the straw, but personally, I clean it thoroughly every few days and wash it daily with pressurized water (tap water pressure, nothing fancy!) and I have never seen any dirt. So in the end, I will say it again, you can buy it fearlessly but be careful not to break the silicone, and if it breaks deeply, then you need to buy a new cup, there is no replacement. If it breaks relatively high, it continues to work perfectly!
Very nice and convenient cup.
The little one (8 months old) drank from it the first time and then didn't let go of it!
And in all 3 of my children I have used the Avent cups. I am very satisfied with their quality and durability, they don't break at all, nor do they leak. All parts are removable and washable separately. Their only drawback is that they hold water in the straw, resulting in it turning black and retaining dirt that is not easily cleaned. Personally, I removed the residue with a toothpick and gave them a good wash. We have been using them for 7-8 months without any difficulty in sucking.
I have had it for months, it keeps falling down and the outer lid comes off, but I put it back on and it doesn't break at all. I would buy it again
