Since all the cooks work the same way, they definitely used a 10-meter hose and didn't choose the right height. Install it first according to the instructions (minimum 120-meter hose and if you have enough meters then 150) and we say it again..

The same exact problem is also experienced by an acquaintance of mine, who bought the same one in white. Modern, beautiful, but I do not recommend it. The customer service is nonexistent.

(e.g. Large pan on the large burner of the stove and with the second setting it works fine.. pressure cooker.. on setting 3..) it doesn't create steam droplets on its surface.. but it is definitely also due to the fact that the filters are still unused and clean.. we installed it 65cm above the stove as the manufacturer suggests..!
So far everything is okay.. I will come back if I see something along the way! In March or April of 19, I purchased the aforementioned extractor. Its installation took place after moving to the new house, somewhere in the middle of November, where I discovered that the touch buttons were not functioning properly. Instead of pressing on the icon, you had to press about an inch to the right, which is considered a manufacturing defect.
Immediately, I called the dealership, who referred me to phone numbers that never answered. When I finally spoke to someone responsible(?), they told me that in order to receive free service, I would need to present the purchase receipt (which got lost somewhere in the chaos of moving).
So, after calling all the above-mentioned stores of Skroutz, telling them the whole story and giving them my details, etc., no one knew anything (congratulations, great ethics and honesty in the sales of a problematic product).
Therefore, I speak again with the dealership or whatever they are called, and they are fixated on the receipt.
Madam in charge(?) of this company, I do not have a receipt and I am asking for a technician to come and fix the extractor, to be paid in cash, and for everything to be resolved.
I call on the responsible company to respond to me without fanfare and vagueness and to justify why a problematic product was released on the market and why this company refuses to take responsibility for the service.

Did you find this review helpful? No comparison to the classic 50 euro range hoods. It does the same job with only one turbine instead of the two that cheap models have, so half the noise, consumption, and cleaning.
It has very powerful LED lighting and a futuristic design with a glass-like appearance. It is also very ergonomic as it is vertical and takes up minimal space, not to mention it eliminates the risk of accidentally hitting your head.
Truly a gem for the kitchen!
The only negative is that now I have to change the entire kitchen to match it :DP.S. If you're too lazy to clean the metal filter of the hood like me, always cook and fry with a lid!!

Modern design. I have both shades, the white one in my country house and the black one in Athens. The noise is at normal levels considering its absorbency. However, you can't really call it quiet.
Expensive activated carbon filters, but they do their job satisfactorily.
If you have placed it at a higher height than recommended by the manufacturer, then it doesn't perform satisfactorily. I believe it should be placed 60 inches not from the lights, but from the base of the filters.
