I am very satisfied. I bought it because it is the only one with three plates, and mainly because I was looking for a sandwich maker that makes triangular sandwiches that "trap" the cheese inside. It heats up quite quickly, does not push the sandwiches forward like others, even cooking, crispy but not as much as I would like. The cheese may sometimes spill out of the sandwich (logical, since it melts), but nothing significant. All the cheese remains inside the sandwich. Every time I made sandwiches, it did not stick at all. It is very easy to clean, we do not scrub it with the green part of the sponge, we lightly soap it and it becomes spotless. Just be careful how you handle the plates because they are fragile and sensitive. Overall, it is a very good device, it grills the sandwiches well and makes them delicious. I have not used the other plates yet, so I have no opinion on them. It is excellent value for money.

UPDATE: The next times I made sandwiches, I cut the edges of the cheese/ham (the protruding edges) and placed the pieces in the middle of the sandwich. So, during grilling, no melted cheese spilled at all. The sandwich maker remained spotless. And it becomes much easier to clean. Also, I do not grease the plates with oil, as the instructions initially state, and the sandwiches have never stuck. Just a little butter on the top slice of bread before grilling to make it more golden. A wonderful device that requires proper and careful handling (especially the plates).

I have had it for about a month and I haven't given it a break. So far, I only find positive things about it. In the future, if I have any negative feedback, I will mention it. Well, first of all, its price is very good and considering that it gives you 3 different plates for different preparations, it makes it value for money. As for the build quality, I would say that it may not claim to be a top-notch product, but it is quite acceptable. The plates are non-stick and I haven't encountered any problems so far, while they achieve a good level of uniformity and speed in toasting. In sandwiches, it creates a pretty good "crispiness," but this is also a matter of taste as some people prefer them less crispy, so they take them out earlier. Cleaning the plates is easy and an important advantage is that the toaster can stand upright when not in use, occupying minimal space on the kitchen counter. These are the main points and anything else, I will come back with an update. Basically, I want to see the durability of the mechanism and the plates over time, as this type of toasters tend to have issues in this area. Tip... If you want to dirty the toaster less and make the plates last longer, cover them with non-stick paper and toast your sandwiches that way. It's much better!!!

I wanted a sandwich maker with ceramic plates, but after I got burned by the pyrex one that burned the toast and returned it, I decided to get this one that also makes triangle sandwiches and waffles, and its plates seem to be of better quality. I think they will last if I take care of them. I can fit regular-sized bread slices, but I see that it can also accommodate slightly larger ones. It heats up quickly and the toast becomes crispy. If I make waffles, I will update the review. Overall, I consider it a good purchase for its price and I am very satisfied for now. I would have preferred plates without any dangerous materials, but it doesn't mention that anywhere, so I have to be careful not to damage the plates.

* I have had it for almost two years now. In the first few months, the sandwich maker stopped working and I sent it for repairs and they fixed it. Since then, it hasn't had any issues. Out of the plate sets, the ones with ridges did have some problems in certain areas and the coating came off. They replaced them once when I first bought the sandwich maker, but the new plates had the same issue. However, the triangular ones haven't had any problems and I only use those. Apart from the toasting, the metal underneath the plates and around them has burned and changed color, and the coating of the plastic underneath the sandwich maker has swollen in some areas. I believe that for the 22 euros I paid, including three sets of plates and for making waffles, it is a good purchase. I definitely prefer ceramic coating for peace of mind, but there are no sets of plates available with that.

* Well, I'm adding to this review since two years have already passed and I sent it for repairs again just a few days before the warranty expired, in order to have all the plates replaced for the last time. They had issues now at the end, even the triangular ones, and a large part of the coating came off. So I thought I should ask for a replacement again. The sandwich maker was generally in bad condition due to the burned metal that turned black and the swelling of the plastic, plus the latch broke. So I sent it and when I went to pick it up, they gave me a brand new sandwich maker! Of course, I was very happy and I consider it a very good move from the company!
However, now I have to say that I wouldn't buy it again and I don't recommend it. Indeed, the plates don't have a good coating and it will come off. It's the type of coating they put on cheap sandwich makers and it doesn't have durability, and of course, it becomes unhealthy to eat from such a non-stick surface that deteriorates. I have seen more expensive sandwich makers with a similar coating (black Teflon), but it seems to be a more resistant material. Generally, I don't want to buy Teflon, but I somehow had to in order to have three sets of plates that I wanted, but I regret it. Within two years, I had to get the plates replaced twice, even with very careful use. And from now on, I won't have a warranty and they will last as long as they can. For 22 euros and with three types of plates, if someone doesn't use it frequently, then yes, they can buy it, but for regular use, they won't last.
