It is a very good moisturizing cream with sun protection that helps a lot with acne-prone / combination / oily skin. Personally, I didn't get a single pimple while using it. As soon as it ran out and I started using another cream, I started getting them again :/ So yes, it helps, but don't expect it to cure your acne forever. It is simply a very good cream that is worth its money because it does the job, and I definitely recommend it and would buy it again

I bought it upon the recommendation of a dermatologist for acne-prone skin. This cream rubs off very easily, does not absorb easily, and makeup on top of it becomes patchy and looks like it's separating if it's not absorbed. For a morning routine, meaning to go to work, it did not satisfy me. When it runs out, I will replace it with the corresponding effaclar duo cream without SPF along with a sunscreen.

  It smells bad, I don't see any difference on my face, and the cleansing foam smells bad too; I wouldn't buy it again. I bought these products, applied them to my face, and had an allergic reaction in my eye, which didn't go away, so I rushed to the hospital to see a dermatologist who told me not to use these specific products again. I've used many creams on my face and have never had a problem; the money I spent was wasted, and the smell of the cream is terrible; I couldn't stand it.

  I was looking for a cream for oily, acne-prone skin and ended up with effaclar duo+ due to the good reviews and relatively affordable price. It doesn't work miracles on blemishes, but it hydrates without clogging the face, resulting in a significant reduction in breakouts. It leaves a matte finish, which is a must for me, and even after 8 hours, it only shows a slight shine on the T-zone. I haven't found any other cream with SPF that doesn't make my face oily, especially in my case. This one with SPF is perfect for winter when I always hesitate to add sunscreen. In the summer, it is a must-have along with SPF 50 sunscreen. I have also purchased the version without SPF, which I use in my nighttime routine or when I use sunscreen on top. Both are also suitable for wearing under makeup.

I don't have acne anymore, so I don't have an opinion, but it didn't give me pimples (sometimes sunscreens do). It doesn't clog my skin either.   I had tried it in the past, I left it because I didn't see any difference and I thought due to the hype on TikTok to give it another chance. Besides the fact that every day my face felt like it was burning after applying it in the area around the mouth when wearing a mask, I used it for a month and it actually caused breakouts. They say it is a two-month treatment but these breakouts lasting for a couple of weeks are fine, but not a month. My face got worse and I stopped using it shortly before the end of the tube. It surprises me because it is supposed to not have ingredients that clog pores, on the contrary, it has very good ingredients. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. Also, the company is not cruelty-free.
