  Large discs that do not slip at all with water, stick to the neck and cannot be swallowed by anything. Every time I tried, I choked and ended up spitting out the disc! I will throw away the whole box because it is extremely dangerous for them to sit on my neck and endanger my life!! Useless only because of the size of the disc! As for the rest, I don't know, but it's better to try another brand after making sure they have a normal size for a human neck!

  Very nice and effective vitamin, I have been using it for years now. Ideal for those who cannot take vitamin in powder or liquid form and just want a pill and done. Its size is quite large, though, and this can make it difficult for you if you have swallowing issues.

  Also, its formula has changed as it appears in the photos, it is not the one mentioned in the product description here as it no longer contains calcium.

  I do not know what this may mean for its absorption, I just mention it

  Minus one star because swallowing this pill is really difficult. I have taken tons of vitamins and other medications, but never have I struggled so much with a pill that I had to bite it to break it into smaller pieces, for fear of choking. Its texture is like a tablet that you think will dissolve completely if you suck on it or put it in water, and you can even feel its sour texture on your tongue. It is very difficult to swallow it with water. I believe that the texture makes it difficult to swallow because it sticks to the tongue and does not slide easily, not because of the size of the pill. I don't know why such a big flaw.

  There is no particular color in urine, which means it does not burden the kidneys with slow-absorbing ingredients.
  The biggest problem is the design of the pill. If you look at the photos, it is smaller than a fish oil capsule of 1200.
  It is the nature of the tablet and its shape that scratches and chokes you, especially in the morning when you are in a hurry to leave and there is dryness in the mouth.
