    It is a nice powder and the shade cocktail is suitable for all skin tones. It is not a dry powder, but rather more hydrating, meaning it does not leave the skin dry. The only thing I didn't like is that it leaves a white cast if you apply too much quantity. With less quantity, it works fine. I would describe it more suitable for dry skin types that want a powder that won't dry out the skin. It is also great for baking as it provides luminosity.
