    To start with the basics, it has a good taste and you don't need to take a lot of it or a lot of water.
    It definitely helped my nails that were breaking and it fixed the shape of one on my foot for which I was given medication, and it improved with the collagen.
    Also, I run quite a bit and due to being over 40, I had started to have discomfort in my knees mainly, which has reduced significantly.
    Finally, others who see me tell me that my skin has improved as well.
    I have taken it several times, but I can't always find it. I haven't tried another one to have a comparison
