I have had the machine for 3 years and I use it 3 to 5 times a week on average. I make savory and sweet dough, bread, pasta, cookies, cakes, meringues, creams, everything really, and it hasn't jammed anywhere. If there's anything to be careful about, it would be not to hit anything with its capabilities! Also, I consider its bowl ideal for homemade quantities.
Extremely durable, truly! A characteristic example: I don't have a very good countertop material, and when I put bread (500g flour, 300g water) on the 5th speed (yes, it doesn't jam, I'm telling you!!), it slowly walks. Well, I didn't pay attention one time and it fell off the counter, the result? The tile broke, but honestly, it didn't suffer anything!! So durable!
Now, with the blender, I make powdered sugar, powdered mastic, soups, crushed ice (it doesn't make snow, but still easily small pieces), powdered spices, tomatoes into tomato paste! It does everything perfectly.
One more thing I do, which is wrong and possibly unhealthy, I admit it! I put hot soups, beans, etc. in the blender. Its plastic hasn't suffered anything! It has remained perfectly fine!!
One negative thing I will say, however, is that the blender makes a lot of noise, it's painful, my friend. That's it!
In conclusion, I consider it as an amazing investment that paid off from the first year! One last thing you should consider, I think, is that there are many extensions that attach to the machine, which are a bit pricey! That's all!
