Amazing tool with incredibly strong grip on the jaws. They fit perfectly on both hexagonal and round components (pipes, etc.) and whatever they grab is almost impossible to slip. I will only reuse the gas wrenches I had until now if someone hides the Cobra from me
I have had it for only 10+ years, and that's because I lost the same one I had before this. I use it daily to tighten and loosen various types of screws and bolts, to grip clamps, to bend sheet metal, and even as a small hammer. After so many years of abuse, it still has such precision that I can remove a tiny splinter embedded in my finger that would otherwise require tweezers. Very convenient and durable mechanism. A tool that will help professionals and amateurs in many tasks. You buy it and you have it forever.
I have the entire range from the smallest to the largest. This year, I replaced the 250 after 19 years due to wear on the teeth. Of course, I bought Knipex again

Knipex products are a guarantee. Even more so this Gas Pliers, which I bought for personal use and I am very impressed (My plumber has been using the same one for years). It tightens and loosens any shape thanks to its special teeth and the groove it has. Its handle is very ergonomic with a perfect feel, it doesn't slip and it opens and closes very easily with the press of a button. Very sturdy and high-quality Knipex construction. I will definitely buy the other sizes as well.
The second one that passes through my hands is amazing, very good for plumbers, I will speak quite well until 1/4 screws, then the handle opens too much and requires good torque for screwing or unscrewing, then you go to the 300 series, but in terms of German quality, no comments.
As a professional, I have been using this product line for years now... I don't think there is anything better in its category.
