The instrument can withstand up to 110 kilograms of weight. The assembly takes about 30 minutes and it comes with a manual. There are also videos available on YouTube. It is perfect for home use. It has two levels of difficulty: one by working with the pedals and the other by pressing the iron bars. If used 3-4 times a week with a balanced diet, you will see results.

I believe that for beginners, it is very good and it exercises almost the entire body, as long as you do many repetitions at a fast pace with alternating grips.

I received it today, very good packaging and easy assembly. It is not particularly sturdy construction, but it's okay for my weight. Pleasant exercise. Hopefully, it will be as easy and exercise the whole body as they say. I already hear some creaking and I hope it doesn't have any issues in the future. We'll see...

I bought the Total Crunch exercise machine, and the assembly was very easy.
I struggled a bit with the screws, but I found them.
On the pedals (low resistance), you start with warm-up exercises... (e.g. 3 sets of 15 repetitions)
And then on the upper bar (high resistance), you give it all for a full workout... (e.g. 3 sets of 5-10 repetitions)
I can't say that it eliminates creaks after 2 years of having it and still keeping it brand new, but if you exercise, for example, in the middle of the night in complete silence at home, well, you won't hear the creaking sound that is simply non-existent during the day, right? Come on.
The only downside is that when I bought it, it didn't include a package and a counter-meter, for example, for calories, repetitions, etc., so you can see what you burn, how much you burn, and how many repetitions you perform up to that moment.
Other than that, everything is OK.

The product started to creak from the beginning and after a while of normal to minimal intensity exercise, it broke at the central link. Other than that, it is good for light exercise

After 3 days of normal use, they started squeaking from the joints, resulting in me having to replace the bearings in 3 places at a cost of 60€ for parts and labor. The same thing happened to my neighbor.
