Although it's cheap, it works well. One or two units off on the oxygen is not a problem. However, it did register a drop to 92 (93 was measured at the hospital). You need to find the right position for the finger and of course, you shouldn't have painted nails with gel and other things that block the light beam.

The watch stopped working properly within a week. The measurements are not consistent, with a difference of seconds.

We have 4 oximeters in the family, none of them cost more than €22. This particular one has very good build quality and display. Also, its measurements are accurate unlike the others! Both compared to the other oximeters and on its own. I took the same measurement twice on one hand and twice on the other, which I even left for 1 minute to be sure. And all 4 were different... Completely unreliable, it's just an educational toy for children

This product does its job perfectly. I found that it measures accurately, just like one that costs 40-50 euros at pharmacies. We are a family of 4 and the measurements are the same as those you would get at a doctor's office. It's worth its money. 5 out of 5 and only 7.5 euros!

I am a healthcare professional and due to my profession, I have an oximeter for personal use worth 350 euros. I have repeatedly tested myself with my professional oximeter and the JZK-302, and the measurements are exactly the same. That's why I highly recommend it. I had also tried two other oximeters that were twice the price of the JZK-302, and the measurements disappointed me.

Unreliable, its measurements are all over the place, one moment it can show 60 (!!!!!) and then 98 and then drop back to 80..... When it does measure, it doesn't always work after 3 days of use. Money wasted

The measurements are not reliable, many times they come out way below the limit!! However, for its price, it is very good...

It worked for ten minutes and then... it turned off and wouldn't turn on at all!!! I wasted the 11.5€ I paid for it.

Excellent value for money? I am not a doctor to give more money. Excellent and checked for indications.

Very sensitive. A very small and thin cable is connected to each battery terminal, which is exposed and goes towards the electronic mechanism. One of these cables got cut, resulting in the oximeter being non-functional anymore.

You leave it on your finger without moving it and the readings range from 90 to 99.
So one moment you're healthy and the next... hospital bound!!!

Firstly, this is not the product that is shown in the photo.
Secondly, the oximeter is probably not reliable (it does not show saturation correctly).
In the end, you get what you pay for. Wrong purchase and I bought two of them.

After a while of operation, you can't distinguish the measurements, what exactly the screen says no one knows. Not to mention that even when it was working, it displayed the numbers upside down.

Poor construction quality (plastic) with the power button not always catching on the first try. To get an accurate measurement, you have to find the right spot (after 2-3 days, it only works with the finger). However, it does what it says with SpO2 measurement every 1%. For a simple first impression, it's fine. Overall, 3 stars because it reliably does its job without anything extra.
