With sleep on the side, something says due to height... however, lying on my back, I experienced neck pain after a few days... It didn't suit me at all...
While it seems quite quality, the neck support lasted for about 6 months. After that, the pillow "sank" in height. I made a purchase of 2 pillows within 2 years and they had exactly the same fate. The same happened with another model from the same company (good night medium).
