I don't know how effective it is because from the first day I had skin irritation, itching, and pimples.

In leather wounds caused by bedsores and weak wounds on the lower extremities, it did absolutely nothing. The wounds smelled of bacteria as before the application, I'm not sure if it contains any silver at all. A PPM measuring machine I have did not detect any concentration at all.
