Description

Deep, square pot by Nava, with a diameter of 28cm and a capacity of 7.5 liters, which can meet the needs of 4 or 5 people. It is made of aluminum, a lightweight material that is highly resistant to rust and heats up quickly. It has a non-stick coating made of stone, ensuring great resistance to scratches and abrasions. To maintain the integrity of the coating, we advise you to let the pot cool before cleaning it and avoid using wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.     I have had it for about a year and a half. I am very satisfied! It has been very helpful for large family dinners. It is beautiful, lightweight, and cooks perfectly! Most importantly, its dual use as a pot and a casserole dish is very convenient for me, keeping the food warm until I serve it, while using the oven for other dishes! For an induction stove, it is not easy to find such cookware that can hold large quantities with depth. And its construction, resembling a wok, helps with stirring. I would prefer a heavier bottom.
