For home amateur use, it is just fine. For something more, I suggest thicker and foamier mattresses.

It could be a little thicker. Exercises where the spinal column touches/rubs against the ground, such as the abdominal ones and specifically the v ups, are not completely comfortable but okay.

For the price, for a simple and not intense use and without shoes stepping on it, I recommend it! I have had it for about a year and it hasn't suffered anything!

Very good for the price I got it (9.89). It is 6 millimeters thick, not as soft as I expected but it does the job. It is non-slip but the top side slips when you have sweaty palms. This can be solved with a cheap pair of workout gloves. For me, who is using a gym mat for the first time, this one covers me satisfactorily. I am 1.80 meters tall and the 1.73 length is fine, there is no problem. If I had relevant experience, I would go for a thickness of 10-15 millimeters.

This mattress is really good, it is soft and you can comfortably do exercises on it. I haven't had it for long, but I know it will last for a long time. I recommend you to get it.

I give it 3 stars because its upper surface is very slippery if your hands have sweat during exercise.

I bought these mattresses for use on vacation, we have been using them every day for two weeks now. It is a relatively affordable solution but not ideal. The mattresses initially have a strong plastic smell (which fades over time), they are quite foamy and not at all sturdy. The main problem is that they slide a lot with slightly sweaty hands/feet. I think they are an economical solution for temporary use and would recommend them in that context. However, I would not recommend them as a basic yoga mat, for example.

I am satisfied with whatever exercise I do, it has better durability compared to another previous mat I had.
