Είναι σκυλί. Μετά από 6 χρόνια χρήσης (τουλάχιστον 3 καφέδες την ημέρα) η μηχανή είναι άψογη.
Μετά τα 5 χρόνια βέβαια, το κουμπί που ξεκινάει την εκχύλιση/ενεργοποιεί την μηχανή , θέλει λίγο περισσότερο πάτημα για να πατηθεί, αλλά αν κανετε ένα πολλαπλασιασμό για να υπολογίσετε πόσες φορές έχει πατηθεί ( βγαίνει κάπου στις 7.000 φορές για 5 χρόνια ), νομίζω είναι λογικό.
Ζεσταίνεται όπως την πρώτη μέρα.
Το ακροφύσιο για το αφρογαλα τα σπάει. Ακόμα και παιδάκι 5 χρονών μπορεί να φτιάξει, αρκεί το γάλα που βάζεις στο σκεύος, να περνάει ίσα ίσα τις τρυπουλες που έχει το ακροφύσιο στο κάτω μέρος.
Το γκρουπ ξέφτισε μετά από την φαεινή ιδέα που είχα να το βάλω στο πλυντήριο πιάτων (μην το κάνετε).
Άψογη.
Πάρτε την με κλειστά μάτια.

Το ότι χάλασε στον ενάμιση χρόνο, με μεσο ορο ούτε έναν καφέ τη μερα, σίγουρα δεν είναι θετικο. Θετικότατη όμως είναι η συνέχεια . . . Επικοινώνησα με το σκρουτζ που με παρέπεμψε στην αντιπροσωπία Μπενρουμπή οπου, μου αντικατέστησαν τη συσκευή, οντας εντός της δυετους εγγύησης, με καινούρια και μάλιστα με 20 bar !!! Ετσι φτιαχνεις σχεση εμπιστοσυνης, με μια μαρκα (Izzy) και με ενα ονομα ( Μπενρουμπης ) Σας ευχαριστώ θερμά ολους !!!

For the money, it's very good. I've had it for two years, using it daily. Good and fast burning machine. I would buy it again without hesitation

I bought one and within 2 years it developed an irreparable fault, luckily I managed to claim the warranty just in time and they sent me a new one. The new one makes a lot of noise sometimes, like something inside the machine is loose because if I touch it and press on the plate, the noise decreases. Overall, the coffee it makes is quite good in taste and it creates a nice crema. All its components are very convenient, but the build quality is average. Plus, it has 15 bars.

I have had it for about 3 years, in two parts of the device we have big vibrations, resulting in it being noisy. However, the result is that the coffee is good, it is tasty, of course it is not like the coffee you get from the shops, it is 2 speeds down. What bothers me a lot is the noise, in the morning when I go to work, I can't make coffee because I will wake them all up. For its price, it is a good reliable and beautiful espresso machine. If you have a problem with the noise it makes, go for another solution, of course more expensive because at that price, they all sound like tractors. If I would buy it again. No!

The only thing I will say is that the machine is value for money....after three or four tests, the coffee is perfect, the foam is excellent and it has great aroma and flavor....I didn't bother with grinding coffee and such, I use pre-packaged coffee....the milk frother takes a little bit of practice to learn how to use it, but that applies to all machines...I recommend long-lasting milk for frothing.

I have no experience in making espresso. All I know is what I have done with this machine. Very convenient for making both hot and cold espresso. It heats up quickly from the moment it is turned on. I have had it for about 2 years and have never had any complaints! On the contrary, after all this time, the coffee it produces is just as tasty and well-brewed as it was in the beginning.

The only drawback is that it shakes a lot and makes quite a bit of noise during extraction. For some people who wake up very early for work, this may be annoying!

Overall, I am completely satisfied! I highly recommend it!

I use it daily for the past 2 weeks. It makes a very good froth! Before, I had a Delongi (cafee grande) that broke after many years. Even when it was new, the Delongi didn't make such froth.............If it doesn't have any issues soon, I highly recommend it

After a week of hard testing and experimenting, I have reached the following conclusions: The coffee machine is great as a machine, but a lot depends on the person who grinds the coffee and of course the quality of the coffee. In espresso, I believe that detail really matters, you have to press the coffee correctly and definitely not let too much water drip (the coffee machine does not stop automatically). So, the choice is that I don't drink as good coffee as a good café makes, but for my convenience, I save about 50 euros every month.

The coffee machine continues to work great! I tried all the coffees and concluded that the most suitable one for retail is illy (It's also on offer now, 250g + 200g as a gift for 8 euros)

I have it for 2 weeks! It makes incredibly good coffee and froth!! Its noise is normal!!! It heats up in 2-3 minutes (by the time you take out cups, sugar, etc. it's ready)!!! Very high-quality construction!!! The frothed milk takes some time to learn how to work with it, but once you do, it makes very good froth!!! It's worth every penny and competes with much more expensive machines!!!!!! The coffee in the cup immediately after extraction is at 70 degrees!!! (cup at room temperature, not heated)

Very nice coffee and cream, but we had an issue with the group. It is completely fake and broke after 2 months of use. We had to buy a new one and spent 20€. Very expensive for plastic. However, we are very satisfied with the bars. You can't call it quiet

Very good coffee machine for its price. After two years of use and purchase at 70 €, I can say that it is honest for its price. It works perfectly for me with illy coffee, the packaged one from the supermarket.

After 6 months of use, having great experience from coffee preparation in stores. The machine is value for money. Of course, it cannot produce professional coffee or perfect froth. But for home use, it is just what you need.

It makes very good foam. Only that. The milk frother is not worth it at all. Also, the water cools relatively quickly when running, meaning that before the cup is filled, the indicator lights up indicating that the water has cooled. But I don't know if it's my fault because I didn't start it correctly. However, for its price, it's fine. It makes an espresso very close in taste to the ones I drink outside. And that's enough for me

AS FOR THE MILK FROTHER!
It is very good! The milk frother lasts a long time and doesn't break!
We always use long-lasting milk....and we read the manufacturer's instructions!

I also acquired this specific machine! Easy to use although it makes quite a lot of noise, I would say! As soon as I plugged it in and operated it, it didn't produce any water... I waited for 10 minutes and nothing... that's why it was replaced. The same thing happened with the new one, no water at all for 10 minutes. It took 15 minutes of operation for the coffee to run the first time. Like magic, it works perfectly afterwards. The main problem with the machine is the frother... the foam goes away... I don't know what's causing it... Otherwise, the coffee it makes is excellent and with froth.

Overall quite satisfied value item, its coffee pleases me for now, I hope it will last a long time.

Very good machine with the Izzy guarantee, easy to use, quickly and with good quality construction, correct coffee production with foam. It would be good if when pouring the coffee, the ON indicator flashes, which means that the water is heating up, we should stop the flow and then continue when the permanent ON light is on.

I bought the machine and within 20 days the water tank broke. I took it to an authorized service center and after several phone calls, the store concluded that the spare part needs to be replaced. They left me without a coffee maker for 1 month and I had no updates from anyone. The company never responded after a phone call regarding replacement or compensation.

Unreliable product and unreliable company that simply leaves dissatisfied customers like that.

If you buy it and it breaks, don't expect immediate service... they simply don't care...

It makes perfect coffee! Easy operation and with a little practice, you can prepare everything very quickly. The metal nozzle doesn't do any work. It produces frothy milk, not smooth like cream. If you want authentic frothy milk, remove the metal attachment and try again.

Update: Okay, after almost two years of ownership, I can't say that I'm thrilled. The coffee quality and frothy milk are okay, they satisfy me, but due to poor and cheap construction, it has developed problems over time. The nozzle becomes weaker, the lock on the group loosens, and water runs or bursts out due to pressure, and coffee spills everywhere. However, I still believe that it paid for itself with 1-2 coffees per day.

The machine is quite good and makes good coffee even if I use pre-ground blends, it performs very well and I am very satisfied. As for frothed milk, I don't only use NES and it works very well there too. The construction, etc. is great. It heats up quickly! Owned for 5 months!!!

Very good machine!! My experience so far has been with capsule machines, which concerned me about the success of the drinks.. However, I managed it, following the instructions, from the very first coffee!! Thick and strong, with a nice and frothy milk foam!! Easy to clean, waiting time and noise at acceptable levels!! I highly recommend it without reservation!!
