  It does what it says, measures instantaneous and total power, voltage, current, frequency, and pF (power factor), and of course, you can adjust the kilowatt-hour value and it shows you the charge. The question is whether it measures accurately, yes, I think it measures accurately for what it is, I have measured several devices and it recorded almost what the manufacturer claims. Of course, there are cases, usually devices with motors such as refrigerators, air conditioners, etc., where the pF drops significantly and you may see 0.20. What does this mean? It means that, for example, if the meter tells you that you consume 200W with a pF of 0.20, then in reality the consumption is 200W + 80% = 360W. In electronic devices and devices with resistance, it is usually 0.90-1, which is perfect. So, what does this mean? It means that some devices, due to low efficiency, the meter does not record realistic consumption. In this case, you can multiply volts by amps and you will find the instantaneous consumption.

  The screen is large and easy to read, but in low lighting or at an angle, it glares and is not visible. Some mentioned that after a while it stopped working or after not using it for a while, it didn't work. I would like to inform them, as well as anyone reading this review, that this particular device has a rechargeable battery inside that powers the screen, which is why it turns on without being plugged in but also retains the memory. If it stays unplugged for a long time or if the battery dies, it will need to be replaced. Anyone who knows how to use a soldering iron and solder and has a triangle screwdriver for the corresponding screws should be able to make it work again. Just keep in mind that the battery is not a typical rechargeable battery found in the market. Overall, for the price, it does what it says and more.

  I have been using meters for over 20 years and it is undoubtedly the ultimate tool for reducing consumption.
  I bought this one today, 5/1/2023, and I am thrilled. It has nothing to do with the previous ones I have used.
  It has a huge (non-illuminated) screen with very large indicators.
  It has very good resolution (.1 watt and 1 wh (0.001kwh)), which is very important for small consumptions such as refrigerators, televisions, etc.
  With instruments of lower resolution, such as 0.1 kwh, one has to wait for days to have usable results. For example, to measure a computer with an average power of 50 watts, one has to wait for days to be sure and see possible effects of settings, etc.
  It also seems to measure the stand-by, which is not negligible in many devices. (I will come back to this.)
  It has min-max indicators, which are also useful for devices with fluctuating consumption, such as computers, inverter air conditioners, etc.
  It has voltage and ampere indicators, which are also useful.
  As for accuracy, it claims to be 1%. I will confirm and come back to it.

  I bought it to see how much the heater consumes. Very easy "programming" of the kilowatt-hour price. (then I also tried it on other devices, out of interest)
  - The screen shows the elapsed time, the current consumption in the main part of the screen, and the cost below. It remembers the data even when unplugged and continues when reactivated. You can reset it to zero.
  - There is the option to see other indicators (amperes, etc.) but I didn't bother.
  - I think the only downside was that there were no instructions in Greek, only in English and German.
  - I would buy it again, very good for its price.
